My wife want divorce but as I love her so deeply I won't gonna give her & the allegations imposed by her on me are too small & stupid u can say; there is no reason for taking this huge action so can you plz suggest what steps I should take to take her back

Under what law can a society ask for parking deposit. It has been passed in a gm but some members think its not fair. We are paying monthly parking charges

Greetings for the day
My name is nageswara rao from mangalagiri,my query is we have not taken any date of birth certificate from gram panchayat.
While my schooling days my date of bith was adjusted as 15 august 1984 where as my actual date of birth is 04 november 1986 i have a pan cand as a proof with the actual date of birth.
Now i am appling for goverment jobs most of the govenment organisations have upper limit age as 32 which is not allowing me with wrong DOB.
Kindly suggest how can i chage my date of birth in all my schooling documents.

Hello Sir,
This is with regard to my sister`s birth certificate registered as per Registrar of birth and death Govt of Karnataka.
Her actual date of birth is 28- Sep-1994 its the same in SSLC marks card, PAN Card, Voter ID and Aadhar card in all the documents.
Recently we got to know while applying for her passport its a difference in the month as per the records its 28-Nov-1994. Registrar of birth and death, which needs to be corrected to 28-Sep-1994
We need to apply for her name Inclusion birth certificate as well as correction in the month.
We will be really thankful for your expert advice. Thank you

Respected Panel,
This is to invite your kind attention that Iam a spouse member in one of the reputed Gymkhanas in Mumbai.
As a spouse member and as per the bye laws I was enjoying all the benifitial of the gymkhana except voting and attending meetings.
Just recently I was stopped getting a guest of mine in the gymkhana premises as I was told that a spouse member cannot get guests.
On going through the bye laws it clearly mentions that a spouse member shall enjoy all the facilities of membership during the tenure of the membership of the member and shall be allowed to play any particular game on payment of the departmental fees fixed by the management committee from time to time.
They (spouse of the member) shall however no right to participate and vote nominate or contest any of the election or by election of the gymkhana or participate in the proceedings of the general body meeting.
In this case then why was I stopped from getting my guest in the gymkhana?
Please if any one could help me in this regard and oblige.

In 13(2) demand notice and the possesion notice given by the bank as follows:
Item no.1- 3.12 1/2 acres with building to the extent of 18,499 sq.ft. in S.F. no. 674/1C 2 & 3 is in the name of two person say x and y.
Item no.2- 0.50 Acres in S.F. no. 674/1 in the name of one of the person x.
But in the sale notice given by the bank is as folllows:
Item no.1- 3.62 1/2 Acres with buiilding to the extent of 58,714 Sq.ft in S.F. no.674/1C 2 and 3 in the name of two persons,the same x and y.
My query is
-Whether the bank can club the 1st item and 2nd item in the notices given earlier by omitting the S.F. no. of 2nd item and say that the property is in the joint name of both the persons.
-Whether the bank can include Sq.ft of the building from 18,499 to 58,714 Sq.ft and they say that after taking the valuation report from the engineer we have included the Sq.ft about 40,214 Sq.ft.

Whether i am a consumer under consumer court if not where i file the suit?
I have contracted M/s NICT for getting CSP Kiosk Banking agency of State Bank Of India and paid them Rs.20000/- as processing fee.
But even after 3 months I did not get the agency to run the business. Whereas they assured me that it will take 1 month max.
I have wrote them various emails but they don't even reply or give any feed back on the progress in the matter.
In my opinion it is breach of contract on part of delayed commitment.
Can I file the case against them for refund of proc.fee and damages and interest.
Please guide.
