Hello,
I want to form a Mumbai kite flying association, which will be non profitable firm. In Mumbai there are many kite flying teams. I am just doing to promote this game because it is disappearing and want to take it to another level. There were many games which we use to play in our childhood but now it has vanished due electronic devices. So place help me with the procedure and costing of it. If anybody can help me with it, I would be grateful and obliged.

Sir,
I have salon shop in lajpat nagare and its been few months i got a summon first to appear in court as you don't have the licenses and all. At same time i have applied for licenses which is in progress in MCD health department.
Sir now few days back i got a summon asking me to come on hearing date in ACT 61 (357/397/398/461) to the magistrate. now sure what these things as i am completely new in this field only thing i know is few people approch me from MCD for some money which i denied and now i got this summon.
Please help how i can proceed on this.

How do we serve notice to a company which has closed its operations and all offices including the registered office without paying the dues.

Our village surpunch is not available in village and he is running his own supermarket and he is sitting in his shop full time.. Not even conducting any meetings and not taken any developments in the village..

I am a teacher in a w.b state govt free primary school. It is a govt aid school. Since 2012, I have been observing that the head teacher of my school is always trying to make money from student (most of them are poor), school funds, mid day meal and govt aid by showing wrong information and wrong register books. I informed my senior colleague and he complains the S.I of the school. But the S.I does not take any step against him. My colleague and me protest them and they go against us. and also the head teacher influences the villagers to give threat to me, and being a young woman it is the question of my safety. Now can you please suggest me what should I do to take a step against this fraudulence?

Sir my father is school teacher, my uncle have cheats my father actually he taken a loan where my father is gurentor , he mortgage a house to become gurentor and now my uncle become defaulter he don't have any sources to pay to the bank, even bank have issues two different loan on single document, bank is cooperative bank in Maharashtra please till what are limition of bank taking action against gurentor.
