Dear expert, my insurance was lapsed there for insurance company checked my car and new insurance was given insurance company is iffco. Tokyo, now my car had a accident and my bumper was broken now my car ia lying in garage for insurance comapny to verify and Check, when insurance comapy finished inspection, they are not ready to clear my claim they are saying when you have taken insurance that time you bumber was broken our inspection report is saying same when you have taken insurance . bu here i said them that time only some scratch were there on bumber n body . today i brought back my car because insurance company is denying now what is should do pls guide me.

Dear sir,
I want to complaint against my relative who has used fake sc certificate for getting Punjab govt teacher job . I have almost sure about this, but at present have no proof. He belongs to jatsikh family which comes in general category. He made certificate around 30-40 yrs back. How can I find proof against him . Which department work for this . In which department of Punjab, I can complaint against him. If anonymous write a complaint will it work. I know only his name , fathers name, village and his land khewat in village. Nothing else I have to prove.
Please solve my query.

I need your advice in following case:
I had approached a web developer on 21st Feb 2016 for getting a website developed. I paid him 5000rs advance on 21st feb itself. He told me that he will hand over me the project within 15-20 days ( only verbally i dont' have any documents to support this except my friends who were present there while we were discussing) . Even after 45 days when he didn't complete my website I gave him further 7 days time line and told him that if he doesn't complete the task within these 7 days I will take my project back from him. When he didn't complete I asked him to return the advance money that I had paid but instead of returning the money he is accusing of false baseless alegations that I have stolen his code and that he will complain to cyber cell and will take hisrest of the money.
His allegations are totally false and baseless. Due to his not completing my task I have lost my precious 45 days ,beside this I had planned to market my website and had given order for flacks, pamphlets ,cards. etc. I am incurring heavy lossess .
He is not a registered web developer and doesnt pay any type of tax to govt.
Pleas help me how can I get my money back and compensate my loss.

I have a flat in Ulhasnagar on the top floor of a building where there is rain water seepage and during rains the water just drips from the ceiling. The society is not ready to listen.
It is not a co-operative society. Where can I complain. Can I go to a consumer forum against the society.
They also charge maintenance charges flat area wise. Is it permissible.

Sir I caught by police under act 60A due to drink at public place.
My friend came to police station and give my bail. Next day we came to court and judge told us to pay fine ₹100 for this.
Now I got selection in bank and it's time to police verification.
The whole incident is done in jaipur and I am from jhalawar district.
I m worried about it.
There is some points in police verification form
1) Have you ever been fined by court of law? Yes/No
2) Have you ever been convicted by court of law for any offence? Yes/No
What should I mention in this?
Is that jaipur police report it to my local police station.
This will effect my career or my joining's in govt jobs.
Please help me sir.
