Hi sir..smone cms in front of me...i apploed brake....from behind there was bike comb it hit my back bumper....no injuries to anyone...only scratch.......i didnt stop......can they report.me.in police station
.or can i be denied govt. Job on this basis..as i am about to join...please help me

Sir I have filed an application under RTI Act and received response thereof and being aggrieved had filed first appeal in The First Appellate Authority cum civil judge (Sr Div ) LDH and I have received a notice from The First Appellate Authority for presence on 05 05 2016 before him.Now I have to appear before the Authority or I have an option not to appear as I do not want to move further with my appeal ?

hello sir...filed case in consumer court...has given last chance on 6/5/16 to OP.....even op does not appear on 6/5 ....wat will happen???....wat will happen if court give ex parte order on OP, consquences, benefits to me??....how will court give orders??....

Dear Eminent Lawyers,
Last year i took a term policy on own life. LIC asked me to undergo an extensive medical test lasting about 4 hours. The test was clear and i paid the premium amount as told to me.
They didn't send me the policy at all.
Later after six months, they again asked me to under go medical test and my agent told me that LIC has put me under observation.
This second test also was clear.
Still they didn't send my policy and no communiciationat all. recently when i contacted my agent he found from LIC office that they are expecting more premium from me.
Then i have sent them a letter asking why they didn't send me my policy. today i got a letter from them that they have sent my policy to higherups and they have acceptd my poicy with higher premium amounting to approx. 52K.
Now i have touched the age of 60 and no insurance company would take my policy with standard premium.
I lost the advantage and i am planning to sue LIC for depriving me the benefit of availing the insurance for the benefit of my family.
kindly do let me know how do i proceed.
i am from navi mumbai .

I took 4 lak education loan on 2009 without any collateral. I have compled my studies on 2012. I couldn't pay my education loan so far because of unemployment. I have received a call from bank regarding this. And they were saying that they are going to take legal action against me some thing like adhalat. They are demanding to pay interest amount in a few days it's around 2lak. Couple of days before I have entered in a job. My family financial background is so bad. We don't have any property. But gurantor of my loan my uncle have some. They called him and threatened for money.
I am planning to immigrate to Canada soon for a job.
What I can do my best is I can pay a certain amount from my salary every month.
If bank go against me will it stop me to abroad? Manger said so
Please help me.
