Hi Experts,
I am happily married since 21 jan 2014 and now living in kalyan taluka of thane district.my marriage took place in my native place i.e madhya pradesh.
now i want to register my marriage after 2 yrs in the place where i am currently residing i.e. in KALYAN,THANE(MH) and want to attain marriage certificate.
my query: is it possible to register marriage with marriage officer/KDMC(municipal corporation of kalyan) which took place outside jurisdiction of marriage officer ? if yes what are the documents required and procedure will be?
Note: I went to ward office of KDMC as they provide marriage certificates but they said it is not possible to register your marriage with us as your marriage took place outside maharashtra and you do not hold marriage card
I request all experts to help me in this scenario.

Sir / Madam,
i got married in 2013 at registrar office tiruvayar tamil nadu , i belong to Hindu SC caste age 29 and wife hindu pillai BC age 28.
we had one year old female child , my wife not willing to live with me , she is staying with her parent for the past 7 months,
she left our home when our child is 3 months old, right from that time wife is not allowing me to see my daughter at their residence, her parents and my wife not allowing me enter their home .
last one month i had visited in laws house thrice with my parents they abused us with bad words as parayan mentioning our cast
which hurt us at root level
1)i would like to legally bring up this matter to court so that in laws(wife,father in law /mother in law) will be convicted, how should i proceed
complaining to police station regarding their abuse based on SC caste
or directly i should file case in court (under SC ST prevention of Atrocites )
2) how should i get my right to see my daughter every week (through court order /Police)
3) i have no intension of living life with my wife
Please help me.

Dear All,
A foreigner who came to india on an employment visa of "X Ltd"company can provide services to other company as whole time employee?
Please suggest and also mention which law or regulation deal with the situation.

Sir,
I issued a cheque in time on a stock trading firm against my purchase on 05-01-2016 . The firm submitted the cheque to its bank for encashment next day , 06-01-2016.
The cheque was encashed on 13-01-2016 after 7 day's detention . The Co. blamed me for detention that your bank has delayed the cheque encashment.The firm charged me a lump sum amt. for this . I contacted my banker who denied the case . My bank wanted to know in which bank the cheque was submitted. My bank is saying , the bank branch where cheque was submitted , is responsible for delay.The Co. already debited the amt. in my Ledger A/C without any satisfactory reply.
What I can do in this situation and am I actually responsible for this?

Respected Sir,
Please share your view regarding Chief Vigilence Commission, that I have gathered some important information through RTI which is crystcal clear that their is infringment of CVC Guideine and lots of pecuniary values are involved and the Officials of the concerend department has awarded the Tender by some special gratification. The entire documents and an application have been made to CVC regarding the Violation of Law. The matter is attract the provision of Prevention of Corruption Act and as well as IPC. but till date no action or no enquiry has been conducted by the CVC, Please guide me what is the next step, should i file PIL before Court of Law.

my advocate filed execution petition under order 21 rule 11 of code of civil procedure code read with section 200 crpc and 27 of consumer protection act for the execution of order of consumer forum. i would like to know whether the petition is maintainable under law?

Dear experts, is internship compulsory after CS if one simply wants it for the purpose of additional qualification(for better job later), and not going for practice? I am aware of exemption rules but thats not what I want to know. Plz guide it is for a friend of mine.
