I am working in psu and my husband is working in another psu . I want to know how many times i can get transfer on spouse ground . Is there any limitations for this type of transfer . Is there any circular for psu bank for marriage ground . Can my husband get transfer on marraige ground?

I have leased a property to a school by registered lease agreement. The School is not paying rent for 12 months but continues to admit students and occupy the premises. The school has also constructed illegally additional class rooms in the open ground.
What options do I have to evict them ?
Can I file any criminal complaint for illegally occupying the property against the management and students ? I feel cheated because they have taken my property on a promise to pay rent.

What course is legally right when switching from state govt. job to central govt.job resigning or getting relieved. Of course the new job was applied through proper channel.

I have a flat in ahmedabad,Gujarat and given on rent.my querry is can society ask for pay double maintenance charge.since last three yes I have paid Rs800/_instead of Rs400/_ as normal member pay.is it legal? I have come to know that supreme court ruled to pay only 10% more on normal charge which r paying by all flat owner.

A person has a saving account in Nationalized Bank. He deposits two cheque in his favour in said account issued by some third parties.
The account holder Bank deposits the subject amount. Later when the Bank send the cheque to issuing Bank to recover the money, it was learnt that of one chq account is closed prior too and in another insufficient funds.
Now when the Bank contacted the account holder to deposit back the amount, the account holder is not responding.
What steps the Bank can take in this regards against the account holder; will Compliant lie or civil recovery ,Regards

History - I have sold my 2 wheeler to one of my known person. I have received 75% amount of mutually agreed amount. It is agreed that i will get balance payment within 1 month & i will transfer the vehicle to buying person's name. The Buyer requested to take the vehicle to his native place, as he is known person i agreed for that. But i have not received the payment as per agreed schedule & also i have not asked for that to buying person.
After 3 months of the deal there was an accident of that 2 wheeler & the son of the person to whom i sold the vehicle was dead. Came to know that at the time of accident the person who is riding is dunked. Vehicle is on my name & at the time of accident no insurance is available. The vehicle is in police custody & till today i have not received any call / notice.
Question is how to came out from this situation & how i get the vehicle back from police station.

caar ki deal to hui nahi,
Maine kuch din ke baad usase stamp ke bare main pucha to usane bataya wo kho gaya hai.
to abhi mera sawal hai usaka kuch galat istemaal to nahi hoga na ????
