Dear people, I finished my law degree in 2005, since then am practicing at Trichy court with my father. The new rule of TamilNadu Bar Association( citing Supreme court case) wants advoctés to apply for certificate of practice , for that I have to furnish 5vakalat of cases that was filled by me (by applying for copyist application). Since am practicing with my father i didnt filed so many cases individually , the rule gives me other option of giving certificate from law firm , as that am practicing with the firm or attorney. My doubt is that whether can I get certificate from any individual advocate (in my case from my father) or from any other advoctés from other district. Please help as it would determine my life.

My father was an Advocate of Calcutta High Court during 1938 onward.After independence he joined the Government Service.As the eldest son,I am interested to start a Law Firm in the name of my father as follows"S.N.Banerjee Associates,Advocate & Lawyers,Legal and Investment Consultant."
Please tell me how shall I start the Law Firm ?

I have rti to iit Bombay for caste certificate submitted by student. Get no response from pio. Then I filled first appeal. Get no response. Now where could I fill second appeal.

I want to change caste in School L.C. I received School L.C. in 1984 & mentioned in L.C. my caste in Hindu Rajput, my original Caste is Hindu Kahar, sub caste Kevat, now, I want to change my caste in School L.C. as Hindu Kevat. What can I do? Which type of documents require for the procedure. How to get School L.C. with writeen in Hindu Kevat. My father was working in University there is written in Service Book surname is Kahar but my surname is different. there is helpful service book for my caste change. Kindly give me help & favourable reply.

Builder designed phase 1 with D1, D2 buildings having 56 flats and 56 rowhouses/bunglows. But he
kept separate entry gate for buildings & rowhouse with big wall in between. He provided common amenities(club house, swimming pool, borewell) in rowhouse complex which supposed to be common for both. STP tank is also common and it is on side of D1, D2 building. But rowhouse people refusing us to use amenities on the basis that in their agreement builders mentioned amenties only for row houses. Because of that we people living in D1, D2 are not able use these amenities and builder is also not taking any action for that....So at personal level i am not able to use amenities promised to me by builder hence want to see legal relief for same. One of bunglow resident already filed a case against builder on 09Mar2016 in Civil Court Senior Division, Pune for which motive we also do not know. In my sale

Please let us know where we should approach to get access to our amenities: Consumer Court or Civil Court and what would be possible solutions here ?? We are not looking for Compensation as that will not solve our problem as our children needs promised amenities(club house, swimming pool) for enjoyment.

As of the present situation as per your stated facts it is clear that you are already in possession of the property and are living the the so called society of flats where two types of flats are sold by the builder and occupants are living peaceful except the dispute over the use of common amenities. It is also apparent from the facts stated that there is no dispute about the construction and handing over the possession of the flats in question and also about the construction of the common amenities according to plan. But only about the use of amenities. It is to be decided before any further course of action whether the dispute of use of amenities is with your so called neighbor in row houses or with the builder.
Which court consumer or civil court is
still not answered by him ????

My cousin has been making RTI applications with long narrative stories mainly with aim to defame me,Instead of being specific of information required by him.also he has been seeking lot of personal information which is fiduciary in nature. My employer has been providing all the information without my consent to him.
Now for me to take action against him of filing defamation case i wish to have copies of RTI applications made by him as well as information provided to him by my employer.can i make an RTI application to my employer seeking copies of RTI applications made by my cousin and information provided to him by my employer.
Can you please guide me on this. And also various options open to me for taking legal actions.

Thanks for your early replies. Here I am giving you compleete details which I enquired my friend.
He has taken loan on Jan 1 2008 for tennure of 48 months.which ends Dec,2011 He paid sincerly for 1 and half year without fail. Unfortunately he lost his entire money in business. Now his position is very bad he is not able to run his family. he is totally depend on his freinds. After taking loan he requested the bank to cancel his savings account. They cancelled his account. Here my question is how bank cancelled his savings account for which the bank has given personal loan? They already having post dated cheques with them why they are not filing a complaint in PS. It is already passed 48 months & moreover 5 years(nearly)compleeted why they are not going to court to file a case. Still the agents are coming to his house. In front of me they told to my friend we sent lot of legal notices to you but you have not received, that's why we are coming to your home. But my friend is not received single notice. They forcely asking him to come for settlement. The amount which they asking is too high. my friend is ready to pay half of in that by cancelling his insurence policy. but they are not willing to agree. everyday they are com ing to house and asking his wife regarding payment and asking her husband to come to for settlement. one day my friend called the police and explained them everything. it's all vain. You told me to ask my friend to give a complaint in PS. The HEad Conistable supporting them and advising my freind to visit bank. Is it possible to file a case in court to bring conclusion. Pl give your valuable advise so that I will guide my friend according to that. if possible I will arrange a lawyer with your advise.
