Sir, I want to take a Loan from Bank but I face a one problem 17 years ago my father took a loan and before a ten years my father's loan was default and that loan account was N.P.A. in 2006. So I want to know can I eligible for taking a loan from bank? And I want to say also that my father was dead in dec. 2015.

Builder has constructed building and than in the basement illegally constructed shops which as per approved plan was parking. and then sell those shops to various purchaser by unregistered document in the year 1999. agreements are there. The new shop purchaser than got electricity bill, gumasta licence, sale tax etc about their posseession and than in the year 2006 the munacipality has demolished all shps being illegal. than in the year 2007 the builder has got loan of 2 cr on the basement shops when in fact there was not a single shop since all were demolished much before. conveyance of building was not done till today. now the bank has given notice under SARFASI act and got the order of the magistrate for taking possession of all basement shops aggainst borrower i.e. builder. now on the date of execution of order the shop purchaser were there and objected the executioon process contending that there is no shop and order says for taking possession of shop however officer entrusted with the work has locked entire basement saying that there are demolished shops and therefore he can lock whole basement. please advice

Hello sirs, I have received a subject notice from MTS service provider for non payment of outstanding bill.But the bill has not generated properly l.I have taken the connection from October 2015, but from the very beginning the said connection was very poor although they have assure me that the connection should be super fast before I was taken the connection. I was talk to the customer care of MTS several time but nothing is happen. I had paid all the previous bills within the due date except the above said outstanding bill for the month of January 2016. I was not expect the bill to come because I was told MTS customer care service to deactivated the connection after paying the bill for the month of December 2015.but they were deactivate the account after 10-15 days later. So I have not paid the extra bill.Now they have raised the notice.Under this circumstances what should I do.Please let me know if anybody has any solution on this matter.

Hi,
I am Pradeepa. My father's name is A.Vijayakumar. He has a pet name which is Manickam. The problem is they gave my name as M.Pradeepa in my school and college. So, as a result i have my name M.Pradeepa in my school and college certificates. But, i got my pan card and aadhar card as V.Pradeepa.So, what can be done regarding the marksheets, birth certificate and communtity certificates. Kindly help me out with this issue.

Our society has 20 flats. Out of which 7 flats are 1RK with open terrace, remaining 13 flats are 1BHK or 2BHK without terrace. In AGM maintenance is decided as per carpet area. But in our agreement open terrace is shown as balcony area & 1RK as carpets area. Since 13 flats have majority they told us that we consider open terrace area as your carpet area & charged accordingly. Plz suggest me what should be the maintenance rate for open terrace.

I live at Ghaziabad (U.P.) and booked a builder flat at Ghaziabad (U.P.). The builder' s registered office is in Delhi and corporate office is at Noida (U.P.).
I have to file a complaint in Consumer Forum due to no flat possession by builder.
Where I should file my complaint (flat booked for Rs. 32 Lakhs in year 2012) whether in Lucknow or Delhi. Please guide me.

Good afternoon, Sukhdeep makkar here, I have 4 cases of 138 against me, as I result I defaulted because of recession of business values and further commitments made to me which also failed which resulted in default of payment....my hearing is on the 8th of July, and mental torture towards my parents and family is being carried upon and I have paid these people earlier on time but now fail to do so as no cash in hand.. Payment value is 65 lacs and I wish to surrender by this Monday before the date, please help me or suggest me with a few inputs and what I can do. As I can't see my parents being tortured anymore... i had a credit card with a limit of 10000 in the year 2003 and i used it for about one year. i lost the card during house shifting. unfortunately i didnt report that to bank because i had a feeling that there was no payment due anyway. i left it like that and now after these many years ie.,14yrs some agents of the bank called me up and said there is some 50000rs due and i should pay the amount immediately or else they will take legal action. i said i;m ready to pay but need some more time and also the complete statements.but they are not producing any statements and keep on calling in a slightly threatening voice. sir what should i do?please advise.thank you

Name change
Hello Experts,
I a Lawyer, actually i have a query regarding name change.
As i have a client he is a Muslim and he wants to change his Muslim Name to a Hindu Name. Now the point for consideration is his parents had a love marriage (his father is a Muslim & mother is Hindu). So now he says he wants to change his name to Hindu as his present name is Mohd. Ali and wants to change it to Santosh Kumar.
So to change his name do he has to change his religion, coz as of now he follows both the religion.
Need your suggestions.
