Dear sir
I have awarded rs175000 for motor accident claim.The respondent have no vehicle insurance and so the respondent is liable to pay. how to claim from him if he has no money or property in his name. I think he is studying and no job.

Hello sir mera aap se ek sawaal tha ke mere pappa ka karz bohat hai or yaha pe kaam bandh ho gaya hai 4 saal se or jiske paise dena hai humlog ko who sab ghr pe aare hai tho koi aaise raste bataye ke unlog ko thoda thoda kar ke paise de de ....humlog unse baat karre hai tho who nhi maan re hai sab bolte hai ke humlog ko hamara pura paise do nhi tho uska biyaz dena padega.....or kuch log tho biyaz laga ke paise maang re hai or hamara kaam bhi bandh hai aab aap bataye humlog kya karre kuch aaise zariya ke hum unke paise unko dede bas ek saath nhi ho sakta thoda thoda kar ke de de.....hum ko kisi ka paise nhi khana hai is liye koi rasta bataye.....

Sir,
In municipal area face to face plot-holder of a 8 feet width lane having one sided drain , the drain sided plot-holder has covered the top of the drain with concrete slab ( 10 feet length ) for parking his car. Due to that particular portion of the drain is not cleaned properly. Moreover , resident of opposite side of the drain gets no facility to drain lane-cleaning dirty water of his gate-front lane. Despite of several objections the opponent party gives no little open-space on the drain. I would like to know what municipal rules says regarding long covering of drain.

One of male divorced mr x friend got involved with a married women into a physical relationship. The relationship lasted for about 6 months. Now he wants to get married to another women. The relationship was put an end to by the guy about 2 months back.The problem arised when his ex gf started harassing him by visiting the places of his work and threatening to shift to his house with her luggage. Some lawyer advised him to change the place of his stay which was a rented apartment and also leave the city where he was residing. As of now he has left the house as well as all his jobs and shifted out of the state. After a month his family received a notice at his permanent residence from a private women ngo which was not accepted by his family. The said guy and the women are in no contact from about two months. Now the query is
1) what legal rights does this woman have on this guy as she is still married to another man.?
2) how to safeguard the guy from any legal action?
3) what possible action could this lady take against this guy with the help of ngo, courts and the police.
P.s the guy and the lady were not working at the same place nor were they living together under one roof.

Dear sir, i have to fill a attestation form of police verification during my joining in public sector bank. now i have been fined by traffic police once... they fined me for 200 rs of spot challan... i paid the challan amount at the spot... now please guide me to answer the following question . what should my answer for thd following question a) Have you ever been arrested? i had withdrawn a case filed by me on a medicine online company from consumer forum with a reason in withdrawn application that" i have been permanently shifted to other state and as a financial issue i am unable to attend case dates as i am unemployed"
is their any risk or chance that the opposite party may file a case against me in a civil court against this matter in any circumstances ???
(i truly speaking that my case have all proof against them and i was cheated. )

DATE OF BIRTH OF MY WIFE IS IN JULY 1968. DUE TO PREVALENT RULES OF CBSE, HER PARENTS CHANGED HER DATE OF BIRTH TO MAY 1968 SO THAT HER START OF EDUCATION IS NOT DELAYED. SINCE SHE WAS BORN IN A DELHI GOVT HOSPITAL GETING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM. OUR CHILDREN ARE IN A PROCESS OF SETTLING DOWN IN US AND HER MIGRATION MAY BE A PROBLEM LATER. SHE HAS ALSO CHANGED HER NAME AFTER MARRIAGE. KINDLY ADVISE HOW TO CHANGE HER DATE OF BIRTH. IS IT ADVISABLE TO USE REVERT TO MAIDEN NAME IN FUTURE SO THAT THERE IN ONLY ONE CHANGE IS THERE IN DOCUMENTS.
