I have been undergoing a training course in Geological Survey of India training institute for six months8.The post was recommended by UPSC.But before joining in GSI I appeared Assam Civil services(mains)exam 2014 and selected for the post of ACS junior grade and the result had been declared after joining in GSI.Now my problem is that before joining in GSI I had submitted a service bond of Rs 7lacs assuring GSI to offer my service for a period of five years.But now I intend to join in the post of ACS as my husband is working under Assam govt.Now my question is that can the service bond be transferred from GSI(Cental govt) to Assam Govt??plz help me sir.If the bond is not transferred i will have to repay the surety bond amount to GSI..

bought property in bank e auction its Home. While am buying bank authority took symbolic possession. After becoming successfull bidder defaulter approached drt filed sa. And sa got dismissed..
Again he filed under 226 writ petetion certiotary to quash drt order. High Court dismissed. His writ petetion again he filed review petetion..
Again he is having option t go any court ?
1. Now bank authority is not giving property possession.. 2. after taking full cash from my side. And they were not giving any interest. For this loss what I have t do..
3. For this Loss whom I need t approach..
Waiting expert advice.

Hi,please help.
I purchased a property in july 2014 which is under loan about 16 years ago and from who i purchase the property had purcahsed the property on feb 2000 by the guy who gave the gurantee in same year and now the guy who took the loan is not paying the loan so the bank have sended the possession letter so tell me what should i do? Is there anyway to save my property from being mortagage as the owner who gave the guarantee is no more and its preplanned as even after the purchase of the property the bank enhances the principle amount without going throw any further inspection.

I stay in mumbai in a flat. I have a overhead water tank in my flat. The society now wants it to b removed stating it is unlawful. SGM passed the agenda of fining Rs 10000 per month to members who have overhead tanks. Me n my husband r working professionals. Any help?

my sister married first time when she was 17yr without registry. only photo proofs we have.after 7months my sister left her in-laws and no contact with her husband. 3yrs later she got married a guy with proper registry.is her second marriage will be valuable or it will be void marriage ?????
or she needs divorce from her first husband, because that time she was 17yrs and married was not registered ???? pls suggest me what she will do to valid her second marriage..

I was using credit card unfortunately payment was delayed unable to pay it on due date, I was unable to reach on last Monday due to my cell phone was submitted at security gate of refinery. recovery agent was called my brother my Facebook friends and my relatives and informed them, I didn't pay the outstanding and shared all the information even due amount,
I raised complaints to bank nodal officer of Axis Bank about it but no use I want to take legal action how can they share my personal financial issues with anybody.
I want to know if person is delayed the payment bank or there agents having authority that they can share the information with anyone.
I want to take legal action on the recovery person because due to this I insulted in many places where they shared such things please guide me how can I take legal action.

Recently IRCTC has suspended my account without prior assigning any reason. It was pathetic as I came to know this when I urgently in need of a Tatkal ticket. Due to this I could not book a ticket and travel. On contacting the costumer care thro' mail, they said that my account is using autofill or enormous pressing and suggested me to create a new account with new email and mobile no. I followed that and created new account and tried for booking tatkal at 1100 AM and failed while banking and attempted again and again finally ending with no ticket.This might have caused enormous pressing, hence I afraid this account also to be suspended. My IRCTC prepaid card could not be used as it is not linked with new account. All together I am in lose of money, time and labour.
So please suggest me how can I proceed against IRCTC.

My sister is an Ayurveda doctor in one of the private clinics and was delivering good results. However, the marketing area guy used to come to the clinic and create various kind of hindrances in the work. To quote one, he said that why there is a bell in doctor’s cabin for calling a compounder as this is not allowed to which my sister responded that it’s not feasible to go out to the compounder to hand him over the prescription to him after every patient is checked, so they have installed the bell and was approved in one of the audits. He removed the batteries from the bell.
There were many incidences which due to which the internal staff of the hospital also started disobeying her. In the course of her service, there were 1 or 2 cases in which patients came to her with multiple organ failure and having no chance of survival. She informed the staff that she cannot give medicines to such patients as they will only deteriorate their health and is against medical ethics. The management responded that no patient should go without prescription and prescribe medicine to everyone.
The marketing area guy continued to create hindrances in the work, due to which she reported the matter to the higher authorities and the higher authorities called her for across the table meeting in the head office.
On her visit they informed her that you refused giving prescription to two patients which caused a huge monetary loss to us due to which we are terminating you and criminal case will be filed against you. She did her job ethically and they are scaring her with the fear of criminal suit. They told her to resign to which she refused and they told her to resign in one day.
Please let me know what are recourses available to her. Can they file a case against her? Can we file a case for harassment and ill treatment? If yes, please let me know the available actions.
