Dear Sir,
I have a flat at Lower Parel and I am a member of the co-operative society.
As I stay in Worli I have given by Lower Parel flat on rent from last few years.
Suddenly the society has raised a bill of INR 30,000/- as NOC charges without any resolution for last year and this year (15000/- per NOC).
My question is if the charges are legal? Are they within their rights? I do not even know if other non occupant have paid this or no?
What do I do? Kindly advice.

I was travelling on my two wheeler in a National Highway. There was a pothole on the highway and myself with my bike fell into the pothole and i was injured.Since i wear helmet my life is saved. Now i want to make the responsible person for Highway maintenance to be punished under the law and repair all the pot holes.
What should i do? Where i need to complaint . Please suggest, this may save the life of many innocent families.

The Co-Op.housing society arbitrarily collected non occupancy charges(in excess of 10 % as per by laws). The Dy. Registrar office has sent order to the society to refund excess amount but the society does not obey order. The Dy. registrar office is not not serious and does not take further action.
Can I file complaint in consumer court against society for recovery of excess payment collected by society and Dy.registrar office for failure to use his powers(does this matter come under jurisdiction of Con. Court)?
Suggest what can be done.

Dear sir,
11 years ago my father took an aircel post paid sim 9859983940,he hardly used it since he already had a prepaid sim. Today my father got a call that a case has been registered against him for non payment of postpaid bills worth 2000 in Delhi high court.Call was from a lady with mobile number 07551146926,she told to contact a lawyer whose number is 09990213988.They threatened to pay the bill in 30 mins else my dad will have to go to court.I already contacted aircel office ,they said number is blocked long back.First of all I want to ask....is this the way of aircel operator for extorting money from customers?If so,why didn't they notify before?Why are they notifying now after 10 years?They should atleast notify or call before filing any such case.Also when I asked the person,he abused and threatened me to pay the bill else my father will face consequences.I am really worried and depressed.Can anyone help ,Please?

Dear Sir,
My name is D.M.Merchant.
I have a civil writ petition appeal filed in mumbai high court.
My advocate says that he will have to appoint a Council in order to argue the matter in front of judge in high court.
I wish to know as to why can't my lawyer himself argue in high court since he is also a high court lawyer.
I also wish to know if appointing a Council is necessary or compulsory in high court or can my lawyer handle it himself.
Kindly guide me.

Dear sir,
My father owns one truck for livelihood .he refinanced his vehicle from bank for repairing his vehicle following which he was regularly paying installment to bank but unfortunately he got very ill and got bed ridden and could not pay the installment he had paid 90 percent of the loan amount un fortunately vehicle was repossessed by the bank from road at night where he had parked the vehicle my father got well after two months my father protested with the bank but on vain.we filed one case in consumer forum the bank objected stating the vehicle has been repossessed vide order of city civil court and consumer forum has no jurisdictiont but neither repossession list has been given to us nor date of repossession is known to us nor order of the court was given to us nor we are aware of such case in which even notice has not been issued to us is the op claim valid and how can we get the vehicle back we have come to know that the vehicle has been sold by bank to third party the value of vehicle was 350000 and around 70000 was to be paid to bank can the vehicle be repossessed without informing us my father had spent extra 2 lakhs on building the body of the truck and tyre
