Hello sir's I was applied for cga after my father's death 21.04.2009.(my father died on 10.02.2008)to principal general manager.i getting reply on 17.03.2012 from AGM (esst) not considering my application and rejected.i use RTI and found my application get point 61 which is greater than 55 for eligible for the same. I re-applied on 21.10.12 with above clearance. Thereafter i get replied on June 2013 with same reason by AGM.
My questions are as below
1.i m really not eligible OR can I should apply one more time?
2.AGM has a authorization for the rejection for the same?
3.my application reached to corporate office ?
4.i have no idea what to do Pls help

Respected sir/madam,
I am living in SRA Co operative housing society. In our AGM resolution about increase in maintenance charges are put and also pass from Rs 500 to 650 but some people are not agree to pay increase amount of Rs 150 extra so how can convince to society chairman and other person. To reduce amount.
sir please guide how to request to society chairman.to reduce in maintenance charges.

Can Sarfaesi action be initiated by a bank even a civil suit is pending since 2010. Bank initiated sarfarsi action in 2012. Is this action valid as per law?

sir i have my own land which my gradfather was bought in 1950
after 66 year my cousin uncle appeal in revenue department they want to also land.
sir they have land before 8 year bt
sold by reduce prise and our land prise is very.
they want to stay for this land.
we have all document 7 /12

and deputy collector also given judgement reject appeal by opposite party we won appeal
bt now they appeal in revenue department.
so sir what we do.

what is the sale limit in U.P Sales Tax Law, a registered dealer sale to unregistered person or any other person who is not a dealer in one days or year basis to show the sale in books of accounts. whether registered dealer sale to any person who is not a dealer Rs. 10 lacs and no amount charged in mid of the sale during the year.

suppose a cheque was missing/lost today and party inform the bank for stop the payment today of the cheque as reason for missing/ lost the cheque and bank stop the cheque payment party account then 3 month validity is count of the cheque. after 3 month received or found the cheque some body fill the date and present after 2 month of the date of such cheque whether any criminal/civil liability arise of the party who have lost the cheque.

Cat case
I had filed a case in the CAT through council. Now, I want appear as party in person, since my lawyer is busy with other court cases. He is not willing to withdraw vakkalath. In this stage, 1.What can I do to appear as party in person?. 2. How to make amendment in relief sought column in my CAT OA?.
