My name is Mrs.merchant.
A warrant has been issued a/g. me in 138 case in magistrate court as I was unable to attend on 4-5 dates.
This case was originally in bhiwandi court where I had already paid the bail amount and I also have original receipt.
There the case was disposed off, but complainant filed same case freshly in mumbai court. Is it valid ?
I wish to know the procedure to get the warrant cancelled before my next date which is on 30th Sept.
Please guide in detail.

Being a new to this forum, I may please be excused for missing proper salutations in any. However, need urgent advise.
I lost my father in a road accident in 2010 and its been 6 years, we have no information regarding the MACT case and thanks to my lawyer, who has been hiding the facts and has been incommunicado despite repeated requests.
As on date, as advised by my new lawyer, I have been applying for Certified copies of the case for 6 times now. Yet there is no information that is coming through, not even rejection.
We know that the file is lying in 2nd MACT record room. However the clerk has been hiding the same from us.
On 30/08/2016, I applied for a search petition, the judge got the file but asked me to come through my lawyer instead and didn't share the same to us.
Under the circumstances, I approached the 2nd MACT once again today, 21/09/2016, requesting a certified copy of the case file.
However, the clerk just did not accept the application stating that case file cannot be given.
Hence considering that we are held up with no information, please advise:
1. How does one apply for a copy of the case file (We need this as we don't have any documents that we produce before the court).
2. Does the judge of a court do the gatekeeping for applications regarding copies of disposed off cases.
3. Would it be correct to write to the registrar general of Odisha Highcourt, requesting to take cognizance of the suffering we are into. or should we write directly to the Hon. Chief Justice?
Please note that I am requesting your opinions as no lawyers that I have approached are interested in taking up this, despite being friend of my late father. Whereas my current lawyer pleads his inability to fight in High courts.
Hence please help to with your suggestions to at-least secure the case files which the 2nd MACT has been consistently blocking.

my father has written a Will and registered. but the person who challenged the will bribed the witness and got a favourable judgement from both lowercourt as well as highcourt. I received the judgement recently from tamilnadu highcourt. if I go to supreme court will my father's Will get a stand. I have a decree by the tamilnadu highcourt which my father has quoted in the registered will predicting that it would be challenged. kindly advice me.

Mai apne digital TV ka daily charge apne mobile pe check karta tha. Usme batata tha ki "your daily charge is ₹13.15 , par company ne kafi mahine pehle daily charge badha ke ₹16.9 kar diya tha.
Mai aksar check karta tha to 13.15 hi bata ta tha.
Mujhe kafi mahine baad Pata chala . Jab maine complain Kari to unhone kaha ki aap hame baataye ki aap apna daily charge kaise check kare hai to maine pure procedure ka video banke unhe bheja to unhone 10 din baad problem theek kari aur kaha ki " now we have resolved your issue and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by us". Manine unse se kaha , ki aapne system update nahi karke customer ko dhoke me rakha itne mahino se to mujhe compensation chahiya. To unhone kaha ki though we haven't updated our system but we were not charging the wrong amount and we can't give compensation.
Please tell me that now can I opt for consumer Court regarding compensation?

how can i make an application to the court for public meeting or public programme??/ And how much time is taken by court to order plesae suggest .... somthing urgnt,,,,
Pleasee provide the detail about procedure to seek permissio of a public programme

Hi,
In 2010,i drove a car , met with an accident in which 2 person injured. In last year july court is finalised the case. But due to my exam i had not present in the court on orders date and my lawyer said he will let me know about the orders but he didn't. I haven' t recieved any notice from insurance or court to pay the amount.
How will i know about claim is paid by insurance or not.
Even my lawyer is not helping me
What should i do? Please help me.

I want my seller to settle the sale consideration of Rs. 41 Lacs through "RTGS". before registration in Tamilnadu.My Bank is Canara. Apart from providing beneficiary name, account no, branch name, IFCR Code, any precaution I should take? Is there any chance of Fraud?
