Sir,
My father is member of co operative society...my query is that my society is levying intrest @ 21 % P.A. on legal charges for deemed conveyance, They arbitrarily included the amount in my maintainance bill and now they are levying intrest rate on pending arriers, Its significant to note that i had regularly paid my monthly maintenance charges excluding the arriers.
My query is that how thay can levy intrest on such a big one time payment of Rs. 8000/- I am not paying the same because of my finance problem. Even they had never notified on notice board and even in meeting they only discussed about same and no voting was done in this matter.

now snapdeal nor refuding money nor delivering laptop

Dear Sir,
I am a contractor. I had executed a work in a PSU from 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2016. During that period Bonus payment ceiling was limited to Rs.3500/- and I had paid the bonus accordingly.
With an extraordinary Gazette dated 01.01.2017 the Bonus act has been amended as follows
An Act further to amend the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be called the Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2014.
2. In section 2 of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in clause (13), for the words ‘‘ten thousand rupees’’, the words ‘‘twenty-one thousand rupees’’ shall be substituted.
3. In section 12 of the principal Act,—
(i) for the words ‘‘three thousand and five hundred rupees’’ at both the places where they occur, the words ‘‘seven thousand rupees or the minimum wage for the scheduled employment, as fixed by the appropriate Government, whichever is higher’’ shall respectively be substituted;
Sir, in my tender there was a condition which reads as follows -
‘It is imperative for each Tenderer to acquaint himself of all local laws, conditions and factors which may have any effect or bearing on the execution of works and supplies under the Scope of this Tender.
The Tenderers are required to familiarize themselves with (but not limited to)
The Income Tax Act, 1961, Indian Companies Act, 1956,
Indian Customs Act 1962, Factory Act 19
Arbitration Act
Contract Labour (regulation and abolition) Act 1970, / Factory Act
E P.F. Act 1952, / ESI Act
Workmen Compensation Act 1927,
Minimum Wages Act 1948 / Payment of wages Act / Gratuity Act.
Child Labour (Prohibition and Regu
Other related Acts and Laws and Regulations of India, with their latest amendments as applicable.
Sir, I had paid the Bonus to the workers @ Rs. 3500/- per year.
Sir, the Principal employer is asking me to pay the arrears of Bonus wef 01.04.2014 as per the notification. They are not releasing my Security deposit until I pay the arrears of Bonus.
Sir, kindly let me know that –
1. Whether I am liable to pay the arrears of bonus as per the amendment of Bonus act and the tender condition.
2. Whether the arrears should be reimbursed to me by the Principal employer if it is paid by me.
3. Whether any case has been filed in any Court regarding reimbursement of Bonus and any order has been passed by the Hon’ble Court.
Sir, please help me.

A ECL Undertaking School has only Bank A/c in school name & having letter head of its school name.It has no agreement or any paper. the ECL said to School for Making Pan Card. The Pan Card officer asks for agreement Deed. Now what to do for making pan card?

honourable expert
My neighbour have 20 hens in their home . These hens come to my home and damaging my sorroundings by digging and scatters soil complete area . i personally complained to owner but no action is taking . they says hens fly so cant do anything from flying .
i made these hens to run by throwing stones and once stone fell in their house. still even same process contiues.
Any legal way to make OWNER r responsible for damage or any notice in warning can be given and can owner can keep in residential area ?

Hello sir/madam,
My name is mahesh malav and I am qualify SSC junior engineer 2015 under OBC non creamy layer category. I have a OBC non creamy layer certificate which is issued between 10 January 2017. my certificate is not issued as per date prescribed date in notification. (According to notification certificate should be issued between August 2012 to February 2016).During the document verification Sscnr convert my category OBC non creamy layer to UR due to this obc certificate prescribed date issue.I
want to tell you sir,DOPT O.M. F.No. 36036/2/2013 Estt. (Res-1) published on 31 march 2016 in which clearly mention the validity of non creamy layer certificate issued during any month of the financial year 2016-17 covering 3 preceding financial years 2013-14,2014-15,2015-16 be accepted by the concerned authorities for any appointment or recruitments which would be valid during the period April 2016 to March 2017.
Guide me sir,what can I do for my job?

Correction in aadhar
My father has applied for the Aadhar card but his last name was not there on it when we received it and DOB given on the Aadhar was only birth year as per the format they followed that time. Now when we applied for the correction in the name the DOB has automatically changed to default 01/01/1954 which is a software mistake.As this is the mistake of the software please suggest how can i get it fixed as my father does not have any other proof of identitiy/DOB.
