Dear Sir/Madam,
We have got flat possession 2 year ago. But still we did not get Occupancy/commencement certificate.
In this case, can we form society without OC/CC.
Please advice.

In a Savings Bank individual account where nomination is obtained, the depositor as well as nominee both died. A relative of the Depositor is now coming to Bank Branch and producing the original passbook with present balance Rs 8100/=,Nomination acknowledgement slip given at the time of opening the account.They have also produced the death certificate of both nominee as well as depositor.They have also obtained the legal heir-ship certificate of depositor.Who can prefer a claim on this deposit? The legal heirs of the depositor alone or have we to involve the Legal heirs of Nominee also? We request the experts to guide us in this matter.

Sir. My brother recently taken a car from travell agency, unfortunately he hit a electrical pole.... Now travell agency is harrasing to pay amount of 2 lac for the damage. We requested him to claim for insurance. Neither he is not launching complaint in local police station nor applying for insurance just demanding us 2 lac stating that he is getting loss .. Plz help in this issue how to proceed furthure

I have issued a dd through idbi bank on 10jan2017. Value is Rs.115000. I have lost it before it found by benificiery. How can i cancelled it and found my money back. Is there beniciciary sign is must because bank auth. Saying that need to buyer and benificiary.

I had taken a loan fro. Citi finance in the year 2007. I had paid 17 EMI's around 13 were pending. I had lost my job during that process and had also delivered a baby, hence was not able to pay the loan. Post that I had moved out of the country and had forgotten about it. Now after almost 10 years I am receiving these recovery calls from kotak mahindra bank, I have not taken any loan from them. I am back in the country,and am looking for a job. The recovery agents have been calling all my relatives and friends and harassing them. I want to know what action I can take.Please advise
