Dear sir,
X was running a finance company collected deposit from public. He ran away from the house with out paying or repaying the depositors money. It is in a village in Tamilnadu near Tuticorin. So the depositors filed a complaint to SP Police.Total amount of the depositors is Rs.1.25 crore. Police arrested X and filed a case in Economic offences court Chennai in the year 2003. After 3 months X came out in Bail. X is having some property in his name the court attached these property.Subsequently Madras Highcourt opened a branch in Madurai and the case is shifted to Madurai. Most of the depositors are elderly people and farmers (un educated). X is also having a share in his father's property( father expired in 1998.) X is having. a share in this property one fouth. He is having
one brother one sister and mother. So he is his eligible for one fouth share in this property. The family people are not dividing the property as X feels court will attach his share of the property once the property is divided.
In this case the arguments are over and the court is not giving the final order. X requesting the court for time and he settled some depositors money.he paid only 30 paise to the depositors against Re.1/ even though the value of the property attached by the court is in todays market price more than 1.5 crore.
Some 4/5 years back he married his daughter to a rich boy and gave his daughter around 80 soverign gold.
Public prosecutor is only running the case.Depositors are uneducated and they
are not having any knowledge about the case. I want to help the depositors.
KIndly advice
1) How the depositors can get 100% of their deposit money.
2) I have not paid any money as deposit.
Is it possible for me to approach the court on behalf of the depositors.
3) If so what is the procedure to approach the court for expediting the case.
4) How to get the case no of this case.
Thanks & Regards

My name is Kashish Talwani. This is the name which is changed after marriage.i have all my id's in this name; my voter ID, aadhar card, driving license, pan card, and all bank accounts.
But my educational certificates are in my maiden name which is Asha Chhabra. I m from educational industry. I need to apply for govt job which has to be done with the name as shown in marksheets.
So if I apply with my maiden name..do I need to show my pan or adhaar card..?
If yes how will I justify that if they are in my new name( kashish talwani)
What are the documents I need for this..
Or what is the best remedy for this purpose..plz suggest.
Thanks in advance.

Ex-Chairman of the cooperative bank charged for embazzlement of funds, but the fact is he resined from office before the fraud actually happened. According to FIR, Ex-chairman before resigning, made entry of new directors by making forged documents and resigned from the office. After that the new board commit fraud of 17 crore to which the ex -chairman has no involvement.
*Matter pending in court.
* Charge not framed.
Now the ex-chairman got demand notice of joint liability to funish 17 crore, from deputy registrar of cooperative society u/s 101(a)(b) of rajasthan cooperative society act 2001 for attachment before award/ judgement.
* My question is, Is this notice of joint liability maintainable. Or they should serve notice according to personal liblity.

Apart from regular maintenance charges, fine is levied for some misconduct. my questions are as follows:
1) If the member is paying regular maintenance and does not pay fine, can the person be considered as defaulter?
2) What is the maximum fine that can be charged in a year?
3) Does the "fine" due by member entitles for 21% pa interest?
Sir,
I made an agreement (not registered) in 2006 to sell my land and received a small amount as advance. The period of contract is for 3 months. I approached the purchaser so many times for sale but till date, the purchaser has not come forward for purchase of the land. What is the limitation period for contract? What I can do sir? Kindly advise. What is the legal status of the agreement?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to know about maternity leave rules for contract employees working in autonomous institutions in the state of Andhra Pradesh. I am working as a senior resident doctor on contract basis in an autonomous institution (deemed university). The contract period is for six months and is renewable. I have been working in this institute for more than a year. I am carrying a baby (first baby) and want to avail the benefit of maternity leave. When I have enquired in my office, they told me that I will be provided only a three month maternity leave and the leave period will not be paid. In my earlier workplace, the institute was providing six months paid maternity leave. It is also an autonomous institution.
I want to know about what is my right for the maternity benefit? And what does the G.O. says about the maternity benefits? It would be very helpful if you could share the information for the awareness of employees.
Thank you very much in advance.
