sir my name is gaurav rohilla and my date of birth is 10-03-1995. and i was selected in indian air force as an airmen in 2014 oct .and in april 2015 list was out and my name is in waiting i.e.3 rd waiting . but i dont have any call from selection centre .when i was asking from selection officer they told my your list is now invalid and you donvhave any chance to join indian air force .but after six month next batch was going to training centre and in this enrollment list one of candidate who are selected in oct and call december 2015 .so my query is selection officer told me your list vaildity is 1 year .and oneof my batch cadidate are calling from selection centre . there validity also invalid why there are calling him .but the stdent are called his name in main list but validity is over . so sir if i apply rti is it giving me a benefit or if i apply case file is it good or not tell me sir what can i do..

I worked as junior assistant for 8 years in state government where there is no grade pay. I technically resigned and joined central government in the grade pay of 2400. My basic is more in state government when compared to central government. Am I eligible for pay protection? Please suggest me with required data. Thanks in advance.

The society was registered in 2007 under MCS Act 1960. Total 30 members are in the society. Out of 30, two members are defaulter as per society committee. That defaulter member is write a letter to society and explain that he received two maintenance bills one is after the registration of society and other is prior registration of society from 2007 go till date. He is ready to pay the dues after the registration period but he told that he will only pay the dues if the society withdrawal the bill which is prior registration. Now question is 1) society can issue two separate bills to one member like one for prior registration and other is after the registration? 2) it is maintainable in eyes of law. 3) society got in trouble if society is refused to do so and if matter is going for recovery at dy registrar under section 101 of mcs act. What will be result come it will be in favor of society or that defaulter member as per society record? What is the remedy have that defaulter member because he is also frustrated from society committee members. Please provide the remedy for defaulter member because committee members giving mental harassment to him.

Dear sir
I have a bank account with BOI. And some one transfer my account balance in idea money app and i am a victim of a cyber crime i give a application to police station but they not lodge my FIR only register a complain. In this bank also equally responsible. What shoud i do file complain in consumer court against bank or report a complain in police or both plz help me. Thanks

I had a sbi credit card in 2002 which expired in 2004 . My last dues were around rs 1000 . Which I think I paid but can't remember. After 15 years I get a call from credit card division that my total outstanding is rs 32000 or so . I haven't used the card after 2002 . What is my maximum liability and till when . Can I be asked to pay 32000 for an outstanding of rs 1000 ( assuming I had forgotten) . Is there a legal angle and do I have any protection . I was transferred from that place so I don't know if they have been sending my statements for last 15 years . Please advise

Cheated by Country Inn
Feeling Cheated and Harresed by Country Inn. We purchased Premium membership of Country Inn by Carlson which is now Radisson. We paid 12000 rs for it. It included complimentary 2 nights in the Ananta Udaipur and one night of Ananta Pushkar. When we tried to redeem them every time we were misguided. They replied, " The rooms are equipped and on renewal of the membership by paying more , the rooms may be available. " in the names of their "Rules" They created new issues every time from May 2017 to June 2017 as membership expiry is of June 2017. They didn't provide us the rooms and when we insisted a lot for so many days regularly, we were provided only one night in Jaipur.
When we have paid a year back then why are not given rooms as promised in the membership agreement. If they can't provide the rooms then why not refund the money.
They Harresed us regularly for 2 months. ....
Great Cheaters ..... Took money and now denying to provide services. ..
Even when once we went for a dinner in Mosaic of Country inn, Non veg soup was kept along with the vegetarian soup. We had never seen any non vegetarian things. Horrible. ..
. We mistakenly took the non veg soup untill one of us recognised it. We felt like vomiting or so bad but still we didn't create any scene and asked the hotel people to keep the non veg separately but they didn't do it..

Extend it Or
Refund Our Money. .... but you are so Insane .... ...
Why are we BEGGING for our paid rights....
