Our wedding photographer hasn't delivered wat we wr promised. He forgot to shoot videos of bride's haldi mehendi and evn did not shoot pheras and vidai... Even photography has random ppl clickd and main ppl lyk mother n brother of bride are hardly covered. He charged 1.20L for 2 days events of both bride n groom's side n even took 90% paymnt too for the same. N now its 8 mnth and nothing has been delivered and when asked he says dat sorry bt few events not covered in videography and nothing could be done abt it. Our memorable memories hv been ruined forever and are left cheated. Plz suggst wat action shud b taken agnst him!!

In 2016 October i had applied for my MBA degree certificate in Mysore University with all the papers including a dd of amount 8000 and i speed posted it through India Post. (have the acknowledge slip) . Inspite of the delay in receiving my certificate i callled thr concerned person in University to know my status.. Almost taking 9 months they are telling they haven't received my application along with dd..
Being 9 months i understood my dd would be cancelled after 3 months.. I have its Xerox copy.. Can i contact my bank in refunding the amount with the DD copy?
Hoping for the best advice from all the legends.. Thanks in advance

Mere vakil sahab ne accused ko legal notice date 14.03.2017 ko bheja tha jo date 17.03.17 ko accused per tamila ho gaya . aur vakil sahab ne date 01.04.2017 ko case file kar diya. argument hui aur judge ne case khariz kar diya yeh order me kaha ki case 15 din ke ander dakhil kiya hai aur apko case 02.04.2017 ko dakhil karna chahiye tha. main yeh janna chahta hu ki accused per tamila 17.03.2017 ko ho gaya to 15 din 18.03.17 se count honge ya tamila ki date se. aur kya case restore kiya ja sakta hai. plz help.

Whether it is advisable to open a proprietary firm or a partnership firm or a private limited or any other type of firm.
Whether any agent is to be hired to complete the formalities or its available online also.

I have unclaimed Fixed deposites with Co Operative Bank.After 15 years I have traced the Fixed deposites. My father had deposited money under the capital gain scheme.They were renewed over the period of time @ 12-13%.I want to claim the Fixed deposited @ 12-13% interest,but bank is refusing to pay the amount at the said rate of interest.I have complained the matter to the RBI Ombudsman.They have directed the matter to another agency as they say the matter does not come under the RBI Ombudsman.Kindly Guide me to get my deposites back @ 12% interest atleast.

Sir I have taken c.c form bank which was cover with my property but in my Godown fire incident has been happen and bank has renew my policy by banker cheque in which bank has not renew my fire policy then I go to bank a asked the manger to my fire policy then manger is telling me that by any mistake your fire policy is not renew I will talk to insurance company because we have national tie up with insurance company after that I wait for 2 month then I has to go high court as then he ascept the mistake and he tell the court that I filled the case in national consumer form new delhi and he has taken the action against my in safassie act 13( 4 ) what can I do in this by the fault bank &insurance I would suffer and in my c.c agreement he was add a cause that all the risks are coverd by bank and the original policy of insurance is in bank IT should

Hi,
My current case stage is Evidence on Affidavit on SCDRC (state consumer forum) against builder Unitech for proper delay compensation in delivery of the flat. While submitting petition filing the case, I submitted copy of all documents (Agreement, money receipt, allotment later, last notice to builder etc), Do I need to submit the original version of these documents in "Evidence on Affidavit" ? or the copy of the same is fine? All those original docs are with the bank where I took loan for the flat.

Iam a recruit after 2 months training I will be discharged from service by paying a 3 months salary as per recruitment rules and I get back my certificates and marks memoos.
