Hi,
Recently I purchased Used Car (registered in Mumbai). Since I am residing in Rajasthan I was asked to get the car transfered in Rajasthan So we (seller and me) applied for NOC Rajasthan. Today I received the NOC. But when I went to RTO department of Rajasthan, they are asking for a high tax amount (due to some slab rules for calculation of tax on basis of Original Value of the car instead of Insurance or depreciated value). Seriously I don't want to pay out this tax amount. COuld any one can tell me if there is any proces to reverse the NOC. I can get the vehicle registed back in Mumbai (to some of my relative residing in chandigarh). Is there any way out? Pease help.
Thanks in advance!

May I get examples with case number where judgement was given in favor of Landlords by Allahabad High court in which the court has asked the occupants to pay the enhanced rent as per the circle rates and standard rent as per rent control act.

Dear sir,
I am working in DRDO, Ministry of Defence as scientist -D. I have been denied promotion for the last 4 years (2014-2017). I had obtained -very good ie above 80% in my ACR and called for assessment in 2014 after completing 5 years residency period. To my surprise ACR which marked 'very good; contradicts my performance in assessment as unfit. Only favored candidate get through the assessment inspite of them having inferior Bio-data. I have also gone on a number of field duty to high altitude which others have not. I recently came across a judgement of the SC on the net
about right to promotion a fundamental right (2014 judgement). Kindly advise me what I should do.

I had been applying for lube distributorship and petrol pumps and was recent called in one interview. The company has a clause saying candidate will have to resign if employed and give affidavit that he is not employed in private sector. And they asked me to surrender my licence in case I was selected which was not acceptable to me. Advocates act does not restrict advocates from doing business and guidelines from petroleum ministry only say about resigning from employment (whether public or private). Surrendering license doesn't make sense never heard that some advocate has surrendered his/her license. So If I do such business will state bar stuck me out from state enrolment list? Or initiate any such action?
