Hi, my husband was driving a car on the expressway when he died last year. we have not been able to find out the reason for the accident as he was driving alone and when the police found him his car was crashed and he was no more. Am i eligible for compensation under the motor vehicles act? i have already claimed the car insurance in this regard. can i claim anything additional, my husband has been regularly paying income tax.

Before marriage my self Miss Mugdha Kishor Lashkare daughter of Kishor Lashkare (ASI at MT section PCMT Aurangabad ).Fallen in love with Mohd Shaibaaz Ahmed who studied with me in Shri Sai Taj Polytechnic Nagpur.On 12th December 2015 I ran out with him in the while many cases got registered against him by my parents I opposed to it , we got married on 30th December 2015 where Shaibaaz changed his name to Rajesh Patil. Got gazette of his new name after 6 month he changed the name to Mohd Shaibaaz Ahmed we had 1 month marriage process and marriedin last july 18 2016 between this I got pregnant and delivered a baby boy who is about 8 month during thisall hi used to fight with me sometime uses bad words , used to beet me with this people get topic to whisper. .... With this I dont want continue this relationship Iwant to quit this relation I want divorce from and want my babies custody.

I own a plot of land ad measuring 1000 Sq. Ft.
As per DC rules, I can use FSI of 2.5 (ie 2500 sq ft)
Due to building rules, I can actually use only 1800 sq ft.
QUESTIONS:
1. Can i sell the balance 700 sq ft (2500 minus 1800) s fsi in Mumbai?
2. How is the same documented?
3. Where does it reflect on government portal (property card / MCGM?0

Sir I have been working with Rajasthan state roadways transport corporation since 4 yrs.now I got selected for Rajasthan state service through proper channel n NOC granted bt now how can I protect my payment the way how to do it ...should I give resignation or relive if I should relieve then pls provide me circular or. Rule by which benefits can be taken

We had subscribed to a job portal for 2 years on part down payment and part payment in installments. We were not happy with the service after completion of 1 year, and gave them notice that we would like to terminate the agreement. We have paid for the period for which we have used the service. Now the portal is asking us to make the balance payment, even though we have stopped using the portal services saying that the Agreement does not envisage a mid-term exit. We have responded that we have given them notice that we are terminating the Agreement, and that we have paid for the period for which we have used the service. Now they are threatening to take legal action even though we have told them that as a customer, we have an implicit right to terminate an agreement at any time if we are not satisfied with the service, provided we have paid for the service up to the time when we used the service.

with due respect and humble submission I want to know that I am a maintenance Engg. in company . And In company when I saw corruption In purchasing material I stopped to accept the wrong and low quality material. Mine is a MNC company and the purchase purchase person call a material supplier of the company and and they had a meeting with MD and said that I am taking bribe from the supplier and the management put a committee on me and they asked me about the matter and harassed me a lot . When I asked the person to prove that I have Take money as bribe or someone else. He have not any proof and at last I come to know that it was all to infamous me in the company. So you are requested to guide me that can i file a case on this matter regarding Defamation case. I shall be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness

by mistake i ( field officer) along with manager issued a deposit slip of 320000 .but the customer actually deposit 20000 rupees.later manager made a separate deposit slip of 20000 rupees and deposit it in his account on first day of demonetisation i.e 10th nov 2016.now after serving 2 legal notices customer filed a complaint in consumer forum alleging that bank manager ,field officer and clerk have not deposited his 3.20 lac rupees.now the manager is denying that he has not signed on deposit slip.can cctv evidence be a proof in our support? and if found guilty what action bank take against me as iam in probation period.can i challenge bank decision of my termination in court with proper facts and evidence?

Respected experts I have been refused to give joining by Allahabad bank and the reason which they are stating is that my MBA HR subjects are not in accordance to the advertisement of IBPS. IBPS is a private organisation which conduct written exams and interview on behalf of different public sector bank for various posts like PO,SO , Clerk. I was selected for the post of specialist officer (HR) and allotted to Allahabad bank.
In the advertisement of ibps they have mentioned that candidate have to be specialised in HR or in case of dual Specialisation, one of the fields of Specialisation should be in the field prescribed. In case of major/minor Specialisation, major Specialisation should be in the stream prescribed.
Sir I have completed MBA major Specialisation in HR and minor in Finance. And fulfills almost all the criteria of advertisement. Now they are saying that the your subjects are not in accordance of IBPS Advertisement but nowhere it is written that which subjects have to be read in HR course, only written that your stream should be in field prescribed. It means I am eligible but they are making me ineligible for the post.
I gave exam on January 2016 and cleared interview in Feb 2016 . If they have to reject they could do it at the time of interview only,as they did a document verification just before the interview and only eligible candidates are sent for interview. Final result came on 1st of April stating you have been alloyed Allahabad bank as an HR officer post..
Now when the time came for joining formalities Allahabad bank is saying that your education qualification is not accordance with IBPS Advertisement. But my college, professor and even past recruited bank employees all are saying that your MBA HR degree fulfills all requirements.
So I request you to please suggest and provide guidance.

Cheque bounce case u/c 138 N.I.
A person has file a check bounce case u/c 138 NI. The person have a general merchant shop when i was living in delhi i was taking ration item on credit from 4 to 5 years.
2.For some 2-3 months i was suffered some financial crisis his amount was pending appx. 20000 to make his money secure.
3. I have given the blank cheque for security. After that i had paid all his money after paying his all money i asked him to return my blank cheque but he said i forget the cheque at my home you dont worry i will destroy it.
4.After a year he put a cheque at bank by filling Rs.120000 and date by his own. All things has settled up now he is using this for his personal benefits.
Note:- He does not have any proof of any debt or liability on me. And neither me has any proof of said cheque given to him as a security.
What can i do in this case?
