I had applied for the post of junior assistant in april/2016 with intermediate qualification under compassionate grounds but the government extended the qualification from intermediate to degree for that post on 12/05/2015. so I was appointed as office subordinate on 21/07/2016 and I was joined in my duty on 22/07/2017. But on 18/08/2017 government again changed the qualification from degree to intermediate . so that my junior applicants will get higher cader than me with the qualification as like me itself. Is there any option to make convert my cader from Office subordinate to Junior assistant. what can I do now?

My unmarried elder brother suddenly expired, his all property(MIS, bank account etc) nominated in the name of us i means 1. Me, my younger brother, my two sisters etc,we found now that in the year 2011 he just prepare a WIll type paper( in a white paper with two witness) and wrote that he like to give his property others( My daughter, my sister daughters and my younger brother), We found that he make me /my sisters as nominee in the year 2017, just before his death. Now we are confused, please tell me which is the legal.

Dear All,
Sir, we have taken a loan of Rs 400000 with a local money Lender Giving a Cheque , we have Paid Interest for all Most 5 years , now from Past 6 months we have returned Rs 150000 , balance Amount is remaining, last month we cant giv them money as my Sister Marriage was there , now that Person keep on coming near house and Shouting to give Full balance amount in one week , its impossible us to giv full amount . she is black mailing that she will write 500000 in each cheque n give to bank n put case , so please help us in giving guidence , she is not a licenced money lender ,

Dear sir I received a notice form the Equipment finance company's Arbitrator to appear before him for over due payment delay for against the Equipment loan acquired whether we have to appear compulsory are we can give reply our explanation from our office itself if we not appear there what happens kindly tell me

Me vikrant..i live in mumbai..from past 15 days..someone is spitting outside my neighbours house..nobody knows who is doing it..members(chairmain,secretary etc) of the society are corrupted..they never give the society maintenance details..i was also the member of the society..but when i came to know about their corruption..i decide to leave it..today all the members of the society gathered outside of my house,and they start asking my father who has done it..u people are living here and u cannot see who is doing it..they were not asking anyone..only to my father..they were talking like that we are doing all these shit things..they are jealous from us..because of my behaviour..i never talk to them with nicely thats why..they are jealous..after that i said them why are u asking to my father only..only our family lives in this floor..why are u not aksing others..from my ans they all came up to beat me..but my father stopped them..i can confidently say me neighbour is doing this..he is the Secretary of the society..he is doing these,so they can fight with us..with an issue...what should i do..should a file a case that someone is spitting in our floor in police station...help me..its an serious issue..it is not cidco building nor registered society..what should i do?

I was adopted in 1971 from Shishu bhawan New Delhi. I only have an affidavit on a two rupee stamp paper and no other birth certificate. Was adopted by a British single woman and baptised in 1973 . I would like to know if there is any way I could get my birth certificate .

Hi,
We are a group of hobby motorcycle riders with a passion to ride and at times, ride out for a cause of society and support some initiatives like blood donation, hunger drive etc. We often have new riders join our club and ride with us to support the initiative. Ours is not a registered club and there is no such thing as registration fee. We always advise the riders to wear proper riding gear, encourage them to practice safe riding skills and also brief them on the risks associated during our briefings. Any expenses towards food and lodging are shared equally by all participating riders. Till now, by God's mercy, all of us had a good journey and a safe return home. The group administrators are contemplating on a free registration process with an indemnity bond for all future rides, henceforth, for all riders participating including themselves. As our club is not a registered firm, we would like to understand on how to have an indemnity bond where motorcycle riders declare their willingness to participate full knowing the risks involved and not involve any club members later, for any life threatening causalities which occur to them due to unforeseen circumstances during the journey. Should such an indemnity bond or document be executed on non-judicial stamp paper and be notarised. We don't intend to register the club as this is not a full time activity and also, the club is seen as only an association of like minded people with an intention to serve and a passion to ride. Kindly advise on the precautions to consider as we go forward.

My question related to Arbitration is as follows....
Point 1
The basic crucial feature of Arbitration is that, The Arbitration matter takes place out of the courts due good number of advantages, In it the parties to the case hire a arbitrator who acts as a mediator.
Point 2
What i wanted to ask is that, The cases which are referred to the Arbitrators outside the court definitely satisfies the crucial feature of the Arbitration..... But what about the Cases of which trial do take place in the courts which are being named as ADR/---- which are arbitration matters.
If ADR matters are being heard in the court so how does the feature discussed in Point 1 above is satisfied.
