On a day at 9.00pm I was driving my bike at my lane, its a twoway road. there is a car driving on my left side, and huge traffic surrounding me. Unexpectedly the car which is on my left side, had taken a hard right without noticing the right side, which I am coming along and hit me and misdirected to the opposite lane and I am unable to stop my bike and fallen down. A biker on the opposite side smashed me heavily.
Public gathered and rescued both biker including me, and started giving first aid. Some part of public people stopped the car and arguing to step out the driver. The car escaped from the spot immediately. But managed to take a note of the car number.
Later traffic police came to the spot and noted down the accident happened. I personally went to local gh and created mlc.
When i gone to traffic police station next day, they says that they can file fir but need witness.
Traffic police traced the car owner and enquired over phone. that they have no fault on their side.
1. Am i required to provide witness. since i am unconciuos at the time of accident and all public who helped me and get cleared from the spot when police arrived.
2. A fracture on my left hand.
3. My bike front portion totally damaged.
my requirement is not to punish him. due to my persnel commitments i didnt want run behind this issue. just i want to restore my bike condition and do my regular works. Since car owner is a big guy(a doctor) has influnece in the city and even he not comes to police station even though the police calls for enquiry and goes for seeking help from politcal and some top police personels.
how to handle this issue.

My husband used credit card. He was died in july. After his death I didn't use the card. But payment is pending. Bank person contact me and paid the full money instantly. I send his death certificate to consent bank . Now who is responsible for the debts?. Because in Jewellery debt banker told legal heir certificate is must. But in credit card they told wife has to pay . No joint holder or guarantor for his credit card. I don't know about the insurance for the card. Now who is responsible for his credit card payment me or legal heir authority?. Because in legal heir certificate my mother-in-law name include there.

Dear Sir,
I am a owner of flat in Dreams Bhandup west Mumbai which I purchased from the builder directly in 2007. I stayed in the flat for 5 years and till date paying maintainence and other charges every month as billed by the society then rented it out on Leave and Licensee agreement. The society has created the facility of club House of which I am a member.
My present tenant has been asked to apply for club membership which he is going to do after paying the required club membership fee to the society. Will he be allowed to use all the facilities of the club which includes Gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, indoor games and library. At present he has been told that all the facilities except the swimming pool can be used by him. What's the expert's opinion in this case.

My father has five brothers and two sisters (Aunts).
Now only 3 uncles and 2 aunts are alive. My father also passed away.
We have one family shop in the name of my grandfather.
We don’t have any property received from our grandfather. My grandfather died before 1975.
My father and other uncle bought 5 acre agriculture land in 1980. Land purchase on name of my one uncle as he was unmarried. In year 2000 my uncle died and he made WILL document and transfer all land to one of my uncle. WILL is not register. In year 2002 my father also passed away. No one of our family member not aware of any WILL or property transfer.
In WILL document uncle who died clearly mentioned that “he was doing clothing business and shop was on his name. ‘’ However, shop is still in name of my grandfather. He mentioned incorrect in WILL. Land property was purchase through combine income of all brothers and also from shop income as well.
Sell deed of that land is one sided deed and land owner from whom land purchase he mentions in sell deed that he received cash money from uncle(who made WILL). Source of fund was CASH.
Current possession on land is of my uncle who received through WILL by my other uncle.
We get to know of WILL in year 2017. Till date we don’t know about WILL and also property transfer. Uncle (beneficiary) always only tells he will going to distribute but never distribute land. He started various businesses on land but never shares profit with family member.
In year 2017 he (beneficiary Uncle) decided to sell the whole land ,so he invited us (my other brothers for meeting only). However, he sells all land directly to developer and not give any share to us. Now he refuses to give any share. And that’s the way get to know about WILL and property transfer and his intention.
Below are the key points :
1. We are Hindu family
2. We don’t have any partition in family till date.
3. Shop is still in name of my grandfather.
4. In WILL all signs are very much differ.
5. WILL is not register. Only noterised.
My questions are :
1. Is land is Joint family property ?
2. How my uncle transfer whole land to only one uncle through WILL ?
3. How I proceed can I ask for partition?
4. Also, I believe WILL is fake. So I directly challenge WILL?
Please guide me.
