I have been married since 2004 (13yrs) and have been under tremendous pressures since the last 9yrs or so.
My wife is not adjusting to our ways of life being from an aristocratic background.
Moreover, she is from a totally different cultural upbringing of attar Pradesh (I am from Rajasthan)
She refuses to adapt to our ways of life.
Constant skirmishes are common and having an effect on my child (of 9 yes) psyche.
Most of the issues revolve around kitchen,maid and finance.
More so, I have lost my JOB since the last 3yrs.
My only source of income are grants by my parents who have limited agricultural income.
Please advice on the possibilities.

I have taken a CASH LOAN from HOME CREDIT an NBFC. I have not paid this month EMI due to some reason and tell the company executive i'll pay the amount earliest on the phone. But after telling to the executive i have continues receiving call from the company every hour to make the payment on urgent basis i already told them i will the EMI after some day and i will also pay late fee. But the company employees continues calling me atleast 20 to 30 times in a days by changing the numbers. After that I ignored the all call from the company. The company's employees come to my home which is I think illegal as per law. Kindly advise me can File a FIR against company or I will file a case in Consumer Forum to teach a lesson to these kind of companies. It is not a proper way which this company is using and their employees harrasing on phone and using abusive language.

i had submitted a cheque for transfering my funds from one bank account to another on saturday, however i came to know that the account has only 5,76000/ and where as i have drawn a cheque of 600000/. i deposited the balance 30,000/ on monday itself. On tuesday i got the call from the bank that my cheque has been returned due to insufficient funds and the penalty will be deducted. i told them that requisite sum had been deposited in the bank on monday by 11 am. but the bank official said both the bank will deduct amount to the tune of 300/. however on my persistence the same cheque was again sent for clearance and funds were transferred from the same cheque. i wish to know if same cheque is cleared can he bank still deduct the amount for insufficient fund.

Dear Sirs
A temple which is regulated by The Hindu religious and charitable endowments 1997 would like to avail loan for construction of educational institutions from the bank.
Under the circumstances should the trust obtain any permission from the endowment commissioners for such approval or can the trust move forward with the board resolutions etc without seeking any permission. It is learnt that the endowment commissioner will prosecute if the trust continue to construct without permission.
Please guide with the relevant sections if any to go further in this matter.

Respected Sir.
I have made payments to one of my friend by way of cash during March 2017 of Rs. 350000 and I was promised that the amount would be returned to me after three months. After three months of time my friend had sort for more time to repay and issued me a cheque of his account for a later date. That date the cheque was presented to the bank and was bounced for want of funds into that account.
Now my question if I have to issue him a legal notice does the amount of above 20000 paid in cash affect my case (if filed)
Or shall it hold good in the court. Kindly enlighten

I am belonging to Pattanavar community converted christian but my grandma gave my community as SC Adidravidar converted christian for government scholarship mistakenly. Now I need to change my caste in my community certificate and also i'm having my mother TC certificate and my father community certificate as mentioned as pattanavar. is it any possibilities to change the above mentioned things. if it possible means pls tell me the what are procedure i have to do.. pls do needful
