Can I change my name officially from the existing to a new one. What will be the impact of the change in the existing Official Documents like passport, AADHAR card, PAN card, Bank Accounts &property documents etc.What is the procedure for change of name.

dear Sirs...I received a cheque of PNB bank with amount 80000/-...As I deposited it in my account....I received a memo with cheque unusable...When I asked to PNB BANK why this happend..They said this cheque destroyed by the payer....So what should I do in future.....

1. A lady lost her husband without leaving a will. Husband has savings bank account in which his wife , the lady , is only nominee.
2. The lady is sole surviving member of her husband's family as she has no children from marriage. There is no other survivor.
3. Her husband also has a demat account in same bank linked with same savings bank account in which she is nominee.
4. There is no separate nominee in demat account.
5. Bank says demat account cannot be transferred to his wife name even though she is nominee in the linked savings account of same branch.
6. She submitted death certificate, passport showing her as wife, her Aadhar id, and survivor member certificate obtained from district magistrate in Delhi as per govt of Delhi website.
7. Bank is insisting on succession certificate.
Pl guide if it is mandatory to get succession certificate from court.
Any other law point to help this lady to get demat account & shares transferred to her name.

An existing borrower who avail cash credit facility . He request bank to issue bank guarantee to a tractor company. Later Bank issued bank guarantee to the tractor company. Now can Bank withdrawal Bank Gaurantee within claim period?

My son had taken loan from a private bank. The Bank sanctioned LAP(SME) loan. In the sanction letter they had shown primary security of working capital to be stokcs 75% and debtors 60^
and in case of term loan they have shown Industraila Gala & Mahcinery.Total loan is 42 lacs.
I am a guarantor. I gave me residential flat for security.
But however after some time we found that the bank had actually sanctioned Simple LAP by mortgaging residential flat and Industrial Gala (Valuation of Industrial gala is Rs.39.99 lacs and that of residential property was Rs. 30.50 lacs Total of 70 lacs and they had given 60% of that . Thus bank had mis represented and committed a fraud.
Because it was ordinary LAP. I could not claim stamp duty exemption for EMT and I was also eligible for subsidy that was also lost.
In my grievance letters I asked the bank to rectify the mistake but bank never replied.
since the factory could not be run properly it had to be shut down. So my account was declared NPA. My claim is that I cannot be declared NPA since the bank has cheated me and has to rectify the error. I approached DRT my SA was dismissed stating that they were only meant for deciding any action if it is after application of SARFASEI and act done prior to sanctioning and disbursal is not with in their ambit what should I do ? can any one guide me.

I have a restaurant on the ground floor of a building now we had permission for temporary shed due to rains but I want to get permission for permanent shed as there's a tree next to the restaurant and birds stay on it and whenever the food is served the birds shit on it... This has become a problem as it's related to human health that's why I want to install permanent shed on my restaurant plz guide me how can I do so?

Sir/Madam,
I'm staying at a hostel in Nungambakkam,Chennai .
And they are charging 12/unit for electricity consumption, when the applicable per unit charge for hostel is only 6.35/unit.
So as per the Electricity Act or any other rules can you please tell me if they can do so?
Is there any maximum per unit they can charge from the residents?

I planned after retirement my service I want to start organisation in the name of lord amman i.e amman peravai through which take the almighty of goddess to every one. It will function in the tamilnadu. No religious propaganda will be carried out. only doing of joint pooja with all women.

Hi Experts,
I booked my household goods (Bike, clothes, books, and everything that i had earned during last 5 years of my job) for being sent to Patna (my hometown) by a Packers and movers company in Bangalore on the 17th of October 2017. He promised to deliver the goods by 25th of this month but has not done the delivery yet. He doesn't respond to my calls. He just chats over watsapp. He is demanding more money and talks like a blackmailer. He calls only when he wants to discuss about the money. He keeps telling that deposit the amount in the account number given and that he will deliver the goods in the next 5 hours. He keeps telling that the truck is in Patna and comes up with lame excuses for not delivering the goods. I have all his chats saved , the account number that he gave, the voice calls recordings and the photos of the people who loaded my goods in the mini truck and the mini truck number. I have the bill that he gave me with all the details mentioned.
He is not affected by the threats of FIR , Police Complaints and Consumer court.
I shifted to Patna to prepare for my exams but this guy has been mentally harassing me and my family. Nobody is at peace.
Sir, request you to please suggest what best can be done so that such frauds learn a lesson and such activities can be reduced.
