I bought a land from a cooperative society in chennai The sale deed of the property is with an improper description in the area. Instead 2982 sq. ft., it is mentioned as 2444 sq.ft where as the north south,east and west demarcations are as follows : north 75ft,. south 76ft, east 40ft,west 39ft When I approached the society for rectification, they said that as per the mother documents available with them for the above said property was with same improper description. I have submitted a letter in writing requesting them to do the rectification in the deed .But for the letter they have not responded so far. At this stage , after some effort i traced out the original owner who sold the property to the cooperative society and requested him to fulfil my obligation. He agreed to sign the rectification deed. 1.Can i proceed with rectification deed with the original owner who sold the property to the society instead of cooperative society. Would there be any objection from cooperative society which has not taken any action on my request. Does this rectification deed holds legal validity.?

What punishment would be given for a person who has two PAN cards? The one with his original details have very less CIBIL score. So he had applied for another PAN card with wrong details about this father's name and DOB. He has also used the PAN card to avail credit cards from various banks. Kindly advise.

Respected experts, Please intimate me regarding lease deed such as maximum period and renewal thereof detailed below.
1.What is the minimum period of a lease deed.
2.What is the maximum period of a lease deed.
3.Whether a lease deed can be renewed after executing for maximum period (i.e.99 /90 years) with the mutual willingness.
4.Special provisions in the state of maharshtra for 1 to 3 mentioned above.
Please examine the issue and guide me accordingly.

Dear Experts,
I was working with M/s. Galaxy Sivtek P. Ltd. – Vadodara, Gujarat as a National Sales Manager & resign on 2nd August 2017 due to personnel reason. I was ready to serve notice period as per company policy but company has decide to relieve me on the same day. During the full & final settlement given letter mentioned all the dues including Festive pay of last year 2016-17. I was told by the management that it will pay me in Diwali time. When I inquired in Diwali time, I was told in written email that during my leaving time there are many other employee also left & company is going for legal action on it & could not pay you the money. Many time I asked for the proper reason but they refused.
As per friend's request, I visited Labour office to file a complaint but got the information that as my basic salary is more than Rs. 10,000/- I am not eligible for Bonus Pay (Festive Pay) even after mentioned in the full & final settlement letter. I could not understand the proper reason but they refuse to explain it.

Dear Sir,
While my plot was being registered, i found that in the Chakbandi towars the west "WEST 30 FEET ROAD" instead of 40 feet road as actually it is 40 feet road. It was corrected in my registered sale deed before registration but in the first buyers sale deed it is "West 30 Feet Road" IN the sketch it is 40 feet road towards the west. All other aspects like length of area and breadth of area and number of the plot are perfectly correct.
Does it make any difference as it relates only to the chakbandi and not my plot area?

I am regularly paying my maintenance and additional maintenance there of. Society has levied some penalty which is under dispute. I need to carry out some renovation work for seapages which is having adverse health effect on my kids. Society is denying NOC for not clearing dues. They are not stating under which byelaw they are charging penalty. I have two questions:
1. Under the above situation how to get NOC, so that I can carry out repair work?
2. I have NOC obtained from them 2 years back wherein in application i stated that I will carry out work in phases.
Can I give letter stating that I am starting next phase of work?
3. What is validity of NOC from society if it is not mentioned thereof?

Reg Execution of order of state consumer court
Hi experts ! A partly allowed compensation order against 3 ops has to be executed as jointly and severally. 3 months passed from order and as no appeal on either side,if on petition under sec 25 and 27 applied how the three ops will respond. I need the present order money all together at a time. Pls guide me
