DTH Removal Notice from Coperative HSG Society

Hi,
I am Staying in Dombiwali. Developer initially framed a rule about not installing DTH in the flat. After forming society it continued with this rule. There is only one cable operator available in the entire township. When I shifted in the flat Itried contacted the cable operator many times but there was no response from him so finally I installed DTH in my balcony. Now society sent me notice to remove the dth in 15 days and opt for the cable service. I dont want to go for cable service. Do I have any option to keep DTH ? If yes how can I do it? Along with me there are 8 members in entire society where 8 wings are there installed DTH. Society sent notice to all of them. Kindly suggest what options I have.

College principal not sanctioning casual leave

I work in a Private Engineering College in Pune as Asst. Professor since One year. Recently our management is denying Casual Leaves for the staff. They tell openly that if you want a leave take 'LWP' (Leave Without Pay). As I believe Casual Leave is a right of an employee, whether any action can be taken against the Principal or management?

Drink and drive

I was booked in delhi for drink and drive couple of years back. Had to go to the court after one month for hearing. Paid the fine of ₹4000 and got my license and papers back. Now I have been selected in government job for the position of clerk by SSC. I have to fill an attestation form in which there are two points I am confused about:

a) Have you ever been fined by court of law? YES/NO
b) Have you ever been fined by court of law for any offence? YES/NO

What should I fill in the form and will it cause me to lose the job? Really looking forward for an answer. Thanks in advance.
