i want to defend cheque bounce case . i had given a security cheque to a company 4 years back as a part of formality before starting business with it. later on things went wrong company cheated me and there were dispute with the company as the company\'s marketing staffs did fraud with me and stole material of rs 1.5 lacand went underground. a police complaint was given and also the house of the staffs was raided but the accused were not available there . after that company did not pay any attention to this issue and did not even file a complaint or took any action. the company promised me to compensate the loss occured to me by issuing a credit note but it did not do so. further the company did not employee anyone for marketing for around 4 months after this fraud case happened to me. due to this i lost my firm\'s image in the market as i was the distributor of this company.
after this i wrote a mail to the company that it can not use the security cheque as it was given at the begining just as a part of formality and i started making payments in parts. but recently the company presented the cheque on january 25- 2018 with an amount almost double of the outstanding in books which is an disputed outstanding. the cheque bounced as i had activated stop payments for few of my cheques as my cheque book was lost. so i activated stop payment for all the suspicious cheques of which i did not had any record. when i received messsage of cheque bounce i immediately went to bank and informed the bank regarding misuse of my cheque as at that time i didnt knew who has presented cheque of such an amount.
.i did not had any record of the bounced cheque as it was just given as a mode of formality. company broke the mutual agreement of exclusive distributor with me and gave material to other distributors too. the point is i have not given a cheque to company for payment as i was making payments through neft since last 4 years. but now company has sent me legal notice through whatsapp in which most of the statements are false such as outstanding amount, reason of cheque bounce, i had made payment till last november 2017 in part but company says that i have not made a single paise payment since 2015.. this can be proved false by bank statement details. again the company employee has sent me a ledger of outstanding amount approximately 3lac but company has mentioned outstanding as 526141 which is completely false....how should i proceed now.. please guide me.

Dear Sirs,
Please advise how can I obtain death certificate for my mother who expired about 25 years ago and I do not have any record for it. My father too had expired in about 17 years ago. I have death certificate for my late father but do not have any record for my late mother. I am the sole survivor of my deceased parents.

In general, pl let me know whether a judgement deliver by a justice, release speaking order on the same day pronounce the judgement. or just say petition allowed, dismissed....etc on the delivering date and take time further more to release order copy. Coz in my crl.op case petition allowed on May 2017. But still order not received even not uploaded in HC website. Kindly clarify

I thought matters can be filed in IDELHI HIGH COURT on second saturdays sundays and holidays. because i want to file a matter on saturday. Any experts would throw light.

Due to heavy construction work by a real estate agency, the house property got serious damages resulting in developing cracks on the walls. Requests for compensation by repairing the house or by providing cash compensation had not been responded by the builder. Please advise how to seek legal remedies.

I had worked in Southern Railway as Technician (23100 basic pay) from 06/06/2013 to 23/11/2017 and joined VSSC /ISRO on 24/11/2017 as Technician B (21700 basic pay), application submitted through proper channel and Technical Resignation submitted. But I wish to go back to Southern for higher studies (diploma), because in ISRO the will not allow the permission to study any course till completing 3 years of service. I contacted Railway, the Railway Officer told that you can return back if you wish. VSSC/ISRO Officer also told that you can resign from the service any time.But my intention is to return back to Southern Railway and complete diploma (3 years) then apply for higher post (Technical Assistant)in VSSC/ISRO or LPSC/ISRO. Then
1) Southern Railway allow me to apply for any post outside Railway again?
2)Can I get NOC that time and if yes Am I eligible for Technical Resignation?

I am 30 years old a graduate male person works in a private company in Bangalore. I recently got married to a girl on 04-Oct-2017. She belongs to Ambala-haryana. She stayed with me for 2.5 months.
During the married life tenure, i found her a very short tempered and aggressive girl in nature. In anger she was loosing her temper and getting depressed like anything.
Many times, in anger she was stopping to feed herself and going out from home in anger at any time (in midnight also), throwing stuff, tearing clothes/beating me/herself,
locking room door from inside. With this abnormal behavior she torched me many times and then i started to stay in another room of the flat with my younger brother, who was doing his studies in Bangalore.
In Dec she filed a police complaint against me and my brother in Bangalore thane. Police taken both of us in Police station and kept us for 2 days and relieved us on 3rd day in afternoon with the statement the problem will be sorted out by discussion among our parents both of me and her.
After that her parents taken her with them to her native and filed a fake police complaint in Ambala Cant Mahila Thane for domestic violence, Dowry and sexual harassment on me and my family members. Girl's family is from Ambala (Haryana). On the police call we all went there in Mahila thane and Inspector asked both of us if you both cant stay together take divorce and do your settlement.
Both parties my family and her family got agreed to do the same. They filed a court case also to ask for maintenance.
As per discussion we both parties got agreed to some certain amount (which was higher what they spent in marriage) and few her belongings (what she lefted at my home in Bangalore) has to be return as per their list. there lawyer got agreed upon that amount and her belongings to give her back and based on that he said he will take the maintenance case back on the basis of bank cheque with some amount in court. After 1 year of marriage, they will file a divorce case in court. At that time also they will take some amount again from us and after filing the divorce case they will again take the rest of the pending amount and will give divorce with mutual consent, once another 6 months will get over after the divorce filed in court.
Now as per the settlement amount and her belongings. What precautions i should follow? Please guide me those all to me.
They have not given anything in written rightnow. They can again increase the settlement amount/belongings. How can we prevent our-self from such incidents. In respect of whom (my wife/her father) i should give the bank cheque. Should we give amount only through cheque/NEFT or can do by cash if they ask. please suggest!!
I am so scared due to those miss-happenings. I am a middle class earning person. Want to prevent me and my family members from her fake cases.
We dont have any trust on girl's family people and they are much clever and cunning also.
I have few questions in my mind:
Girl knows my Office address. Can she reach and affect my job?
Do she has some rights to get my 50% of the property i.e. bank balance/salary and other things.
Girl already taken her gold with her and we have our own with us. We have video of that occurrence. Can she demand that gold also from us?
Any other thing, what she can do against me/my family.
After divorce also do i need to get worry that they can again harm me/my family in some way.
She has our pics together. They can blackmail us sometime in future. Can i ask her to remove those also as we are getting divorced.
Please help me and answer my questions.

how can i get the salary details of asst. professor of a private university????
I have filed an RTI on UGC in reply they said that every university comes under RTI act and you can get the details of remuneration by filing RTI on that private university.
So i will file an RTI or any other solution for that query????
