Sir, I am 62 and drawing pension INR 41,000.00 per month (including Dearness Pension) from Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO). I have a residential flat (1124 sft built-up area) in District Thane, Maharashtra (PIN 421601). With this details I would like to go for home loan from bank. The proposed flat would be in Pune. Kindly update me about complete details with regard to my eligibility and procedure for home loan from bank (preferably from SBI). Thanks and Regards

My cousin had 4 crddits cards from various compaby and has liablity of about 5 lakhs and he has kosg his job and he had used funds to pay off medical expebses of his father.he has no property nor bank balabce can he file insolvebcy

My cosuin is having 4 credit cards which he had used to pay hoa father emedical expebses due to some problem in compaby he loat his job and unbale to pay whether he can file sinsolvenxy and he has no bank balance nor any property in his name

MY HUSBAND EXPIRED LAST YEAR (JUNE) IN A ROAD ACCIDENT ON HIS WAY BACK HOME FROM WORK. HE WAS RIDING HIS COLLEAGUE HONDA ACTIVA (NOT INSURED) WHEN HE MET WITH AN ACCIDENT WITH A SCHOOL BUS. THE BUS DRIVER FLED THE SPOT BUT WENT TO THE POLICE STATION AND SURRENDER. A FIR WAS FILED AND THE CASE WENT TO MACT MUMBAI I AND MY CHILDREN WENT AS DEPENDENTS TO CLAIM COMPENSATION AND HIS FATHER (AGE 55) AND MARRIED SISTER ALSO CLAIM TO BE DEPENDENTS AND TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION.NOW THE AGENT TELLS ME THAT THE INSURANCE PAPERS SUBMITTED BUS THE BUS OWNER IN COURT ARE BOGUS AND INVALID AND THE INSURANCE SAYS THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN AGE 2 YEARS AND 3 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN MARRIED UNDER HINDU MARRIAGE ACT. MY HUSBANDS ANNUAL INCOME WAS 240000 AND HIS AGE WAS 29.
UNDER WHICH ACT/LAW CAN I CLAIM COMPENSATION?
IS THE BUS OWNER/DRIVER LIABLE TO COMPENSATE ME?
WILL HIS FATHER AND MARRIED SISTER ALSO RECEIVE COMPENSATION?

PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAD HDFC CREDIT CARD - RECENTLY THEY DEDUCT PAYMENT MY FOR HDFC SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, AND ALSO UN NECESSARY THEY ARE ACCESS MY ACCOUNT (HDFC) LAST SEP SEP-2017 I HAD MET SMALL ACCIDENT THAT TIME I AM AT MY NATIVE PLACE FOR HOSPITALIZATION PURPOSE THAT TIME I BOOKING TICKET THROUGH ONLINE RED BUS , RS.3200/- THAT IS DECLINED BY THE HDFC CREDIT CARD, AND MY TICKET ALSO NOT YET CONFIRMED I DONT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT DEDUCTION MESSAGE ALSO. PLEASE ADVICE NOW THEY DEDUCT RS.6005/- WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE IN MY HDFC SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITHOUT FURTHER CLARICIATION MY END AND ALSO NOTE THAT AM RAISED DISPUTE FORM ALSO HDFC. I want to ask that, after the death of a borrower, without any legal heir, nomination or a will, who will get possession of the vehicle borrowed and also the other liabilities of rest of the loan amount

sir, accused issued a cheque of andhra bank, of place 'A", and complainant deposited the same in SBI of same place 'A' only and it is dishonoured first time.
Accused asked to represent the same second time. complainant re presented same in Andhra Bank of Place 'B". and dishonoured. Request confirm = Jurisdiction of court is Place A or B for action u/s 138 NI Act.

I had given an exam at western command chandimandir for ldc post . During typing test we were arranged rank wise and i was at 4th rank. As the 1st rank holder didn't come for the typing test , i stood 3rd. 2nd rank holder was sitting beside me during typing test. The typing speed required was 30wpm but he typed only 212 words in 10 minutes but still he got the job. Not only this as the number of vacancies were 4 for general category, i, inspite of having 3rd rank didn't get selected. I called them so they told me that i m at 5th rank now and declined to gave any further information. I had filed an rti but i can't see the copies of selected candidates. What should i do ? I m completely blank about the legal process so please do give your valuable suggestions.
