Hi Team, I was driving on Taj express Highway and there was a Maruti Alto car running in front of me with a speed of more then 120KM/Hr. All of a sudden it's passenger side Tyre blasted and it started swinging and till the time , i could understand any thing,my car banged with it. It was a Major accident and the two people traveling in the front car lost there lives.
We were saved as we were wearing seat belts and the air bags opened up.The car was completely damaged.
The police came , took us to PGI where we were discharged after first aid. The was was taken to police station.The police inspector told us to call him back after 5-6 days so that he will tell us what to do.
Finally after a week when we called the inspector, he called us back and said that the FIR has been filed by the opposite party and now i have to take a bail from police station and court. He charged me with 279,338,427 and 304A.
We still have to go to court for getting the release order for the car.
I fell he has charged me wrong.
please advice .

Whether my domestic help (not having blood relations) can be nominated for my insurance policy so as to get the accrued benefits after my demise? My other legal heirs viz my wife and two daughters have already been nominated in other insurance policies.

A Pvt. finance company filled the complaint under N.I.Act - 138 against a person who is employee of partnership firm because when Owner of the firm received the load from complainant he give surety check of his employer...So now finance company go to court ...Now in this case accused's daughter is physically disabled more than 80%... Can accused fill the Permanent exemption application & court allowed or not ??

I had a credit Card with Standard Chartered Bank . In 29th Jan 2010 ,I paid Rs 24,000.00 as full and final payment through cash in Standard Chartered Bank ,19 N S Road Branch, Kolkata 700001 and got the money receipt of the same.Along with that I have received NDC from Standard Chartered Bank, as I don’t have any dues with this account.
Recently I was rejected by one bank for my loan request due to negative report from CIBIL .Going through my CIBIL report, I came to know status against my account 171272191603080 (which actually was for SCB Credit Card) of SSAHA shows Written-off, and showing zero outstanding,also they mentioned written off amount Rs 16316, which is also wrong, as no outstanding amount was there.
Request help for the rectification of my CIBIL record.

I have got my ITA(Invitation to apply) for residency in Canada recently. For that I am supposed to show "Proof of funds". To provide me the required amount my parents are transferring their money to my account. And to justify that money they need to write a gift-deed. My question is that do they have to write two separate gift-deed forms, or mention all the details in a single gift-deed form.

WE HAD A ISSUE WITH REGARD TO THE APPOINTMENT OF GUEST FACULTY IN A COLLEGE AND HAVE SUFFICIENT REASON TO BELIEVE THAT ON ACCOUNT OF PERSONAL BIAS MERITORIOUS CANDIDATES WERE NOT RE APPOINTED and there was canvassing . So we had applied for RTI in that college. The questions asked and replies received are below.
1) A COPY OF THE MARK SHEET SHOWING DISTRIBUTION OF MARKS EACH CANDIDATE WHO APPEARED AND APPLIED FOR APPOINTMENT AS GUEST FACULTY MAY BE PROVIDED?
ANS- THE NAMES OF CANDIDATE CANNOT BE DISCLOSED U/S 891)J OF RTI ACT.HOWEVER A BLANK COPY OF SCORE SHEET SHOWING DISTRIBUTION OF MARKS FOR CAREER, EXPERIENCE AND VIVA IS ENCLOSED.
2)WHO ARE THE MEMBERS OF THE INTERVIEW PANEL AND THEIR CREDENTIALS?
ANS- MEMBERS OF SELECTION PANEL ARE PRINCIPAL, ONE EXPERT AND TWO FACULTIES.
WE HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT SECTION DOESNOT APPLY IN THIS CASE .MOREOVER SINCE THERE ARE NO FACULTY IN THE SAID SUBJECT THE ANSWER IS INCORRECT AND THE EXPERT IN THE PANEL SELECTED HIMSELF AS A FACULTY.

Regarding EOL
I m a central govt. Employee and have completed my probation of 2 years service now I want to take EOL for study and I know that it would not be granted to me. I want to take nearly 8 months leave, what should I do? I don't care if it would be only break in service. I don't want to resign till my further selection. If I simply give reason for personal domestic work and send the letter by post and then underground means switch off mobiles etc. Only communication by post . Then what would be the maximum punishment for this by the department.
