Dear Sir
I am 55 years old a retired Banker with 33 years of service experience. I intend to do LLB 3 years course to practice as a lawyer.
Would like to know is it worthwhile to do LLB and spend 3 years and practice thereafter . How easy or difficult it will be for me to establish my practice considering there are veterans in the field for years. Or to work with senior counsel and earn living . None in my known circle is into legal profession.
Also , after passing at the age of 58 what other options are available for me for livelihood other than normal practice as I intend to work till my health allows.
Kindly advise should I take this step of pursuing LLB or not.
Thanks
Naresh Kumar

A wants to execute a Will in favour of B (his spouse) for his 100 sq. ft. residential house. In this regard, I want to know:-
1. Weather engagement of a lawyer is must for preparing the will.
2. Is it must to prepare a Will on a non judicial stamp paper or it can be executed on a simple paper.
3. If it can be executed on a plain paper then should she write in her own handwriting.
4. Whether two witnesses are must in this matter.
5. Is it must to get the Will registered with the competent authority. If yes, who is the competent authority in this matter.
6. What charges one is required to pay for getting the Will registered.
Kindly reply.

I am an Ex-Inspector of CRPF now Officer in Central PSU. I joined CRPF on 01-07-2005, in the year 2018 after obtaining NOC from CRPF i appeared for selection in PSU and after selection in PSU my technical Resignation was accepted. I resigned CRPF with effect from 21-11-2017, i requested gratuity for 12 years to be paid to me or transfer of gratuity to be made to my present company but it was rejected by CRPF, finally I approached CRPF directorate New Delhi through CRPF Internet portal but I got the answer with following exact wording from CRPF that-( “payment of gratuity to a person retiring before 10 years of service is to be made but in the present case since you have merged with another department and not retired hence you are not eligible for Gratuity from this department) Since i have resigned CRPF after 12 years, it is my humble request is to advise me whether I am eligible for gratuity, if I am eligible then what to do next
