Ours is a housing society registered under the MCS act 1960, i have 2 question related to each other
1. can a member sublet his dedicated open parking to another member? though society is not charging any parking charges to the member.
2. if yes - can a member sublet his parking to another merely on the plain letter or he has to notorised the agreement or have to execute registered agreement?
i would be very thankful if someone guide on this

I'm a married woman, my marriage happened 14 months back. I applied Telangana secondady grade teacher post with EWS certificate on my fathers name mistakenly and i got job in it. Now they are objecting for job as EWS certificate should be on my husband's name. Is their any solution to this problem if yes how would be the process?
Sir, In the year 1971 we had purchased a piece of land to construct a cold storage ,after converting the land non agriculture we applied for high tension electricity line to Maharashtra state electricity Board (M.S.E.B.).They had Given permission for H.T.Line and asked us to purchase our own transformer. We purchased the same and then M.S.E.B.installed the same in our own premises and the electricity supply was begun.
In the year 2001 we wind up our business and applied to cancel the high tension line .M.S.E.B. cancelled the high tension line and provided us a low tension line and put their own transformer on the same place in our premises without our consent.
Now we want to shift the transformer from our premises.What should we can do legally.Please suggest.

I am a government employee. My father had an arms license which had been submitted in licensing unit after his death. now I applied for noc for arms license but department did not provide noc till after two months of apply and denying to provide noc. In this case what should I do?
