legal aid counsels in kerala high court and supreme court

SIRS,
I AM VERY MUCH INTERESTED TO IMPART LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO THE POOR ,UNDER-TRAIL PRISONERS AS WELL AS CONVICTED PERSONS. I HAVE DONE A LOT OF SUCH CASES IN THE DISTRICT COURTS THALASSERY.
NOW I WOULD LIKE TO DO IT IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AS WELL AS IN THE SUPREME COURT,
I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN A LETTER IN THIS REGARD TO THE CHAIRMAN,KERALA STATE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY & HE WAS PLEASED TO ENROLE MY NAME WITH THE DISTRICT LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY ONLY, ALSO, NOTHING WAS MENTIONED IN THE REPLY WHY MY NAME COULD NOT INCLUDED IN THE PANEL OF LEGAL AID COUNSELS KEPT BEFORE THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA.
WHETHER I SHOULD BE A MEMBER OF THAT BAR ?
IS IT MANDATORY THAT I SHOULD HAVE A FIXED OFFICE AT THERE ?
WHETHER I CAN GET THE COPIES / RECORDS BY POST AND PREPARE FROM HERE AND APPEAR ON THE HEARING DATE ONLY AND ARGUE THE MATTER ?
PLEASE ADVISE ME HOW CAN I BECOME LEGAL AID COUNSELS OF UNDER TRAIL PRISONERS AND CONVICTED PERSONS BEFORE KERALA HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT

Law graduates inside courts without licence

I've personally observed that law graduates who are yet to receive their licence from the Bar Council of India and not under the roll of any State Bar Council enter courtrooms and witness court proceedings...

Under which provision of the law is such conduct on the part of the "unenrolled advocates" permissible?
