Sirs,
my ex boss terminated my services by a mail:lets call it quits.which is fine.
but he has not settled my salary and expense account. I have sent him the account by registered a.d. as well as UPC.
it is already 15 days. whats the next step?

A FRIEND OF MINE GOT MARRIED IN FEB 2006. THE MARRIAGE LASTED ONLY THREE MONTHS AS SHE WAS PHYSICALLY ABUSED. SHE RETURNED TO HER HOME TOWN,LUCKNOW FROM SOLAN, HP WHERE SHE HAD GOT MARRIED IN JUNE 2006 . SHE HAS NO CONTACT WITH HER HUSBAND FOR LAST OVER 3 YEARS.
SHE HAS FILED A DIVORCE CASE AT A SOLAN COURT WITH A LUCKNOW LAWYER .
THE LAWYER TAKES NO INTEREST AND HAS GOT THE FILE OF THE CASE.
HOW IS SHE TO KNOW THE LEGAL POSITION OF THE CASE AND ACT AGAIN.
SHE PROPOSES TO CHANGE LAWYER.
ANY HELP GROUPS THAT CAN GUIDE HER

I am a respondent in a motor vehicle accident case. This is a case for compension under section140/163/A I have appointed an advocate but is too raw. I wish to cross examine the doctor myself. Will the court allow me to do this? with my advocate standing by my side? If yes
under what legal provision I can do it? I mean if the judge refuses for this what legal points I have to cite in support of my right to cross examine.
Alternatively can I stand along with my advocate during the cross & openly prompt him as to the questions to be asked?

"A" was being prosecuted for 497 IPC, and 125 Cr.P.C. His where about was not known. He was arrested due to NBW issued by court in 497. police arrested him while he was withdrawing pension from bank at home town. He was army retired personal. In court's file his address is old one of his real village, but later he eloped with one lady. After releasing on bail he died in U.P. His dead body found in train.
His wife having three children and is leading very measurable life without money. Now no body is known about his bank balance in other cities, the only pension account of his home town is traceable. His service documents and other papers are also not traceable. His wife needs family pension. How can she be helped. Please advice if any member having knowledge of this particular matter.

respected sir, lagbhag 20 din pahle maine newspaper main padha tha ki main suchana adhikari india ne kaha ki income tax written is public property, maine jab apne c.a.se kaha to usne kaha, how it is possible,aur agar aayega bhi to public sevent ke liye.maine news paper main padha hai,lekin net main kahi search nahi kar paaya, iska matlab ab koi bhi meri va aapki income tax written hasil kar sakta hai,

Society Registration Act 1860
A Society registered under the Act is running two independant schools on land alloted by the State Government in Chandigarh and Punjab. Since the land is by allotmment, sale and transfer is not allowed. Now some memberes of the society want to run one school independantly and under a separate society. At present the balance sheets of the respective schools are being separately made and the excess of Income is transferred to the Society for the purpose of filing of IT returns.
Is it possible to transfer the school to a new society
