Hi,
I filed a S.482 petition in the HC Delhi against a lower court order of framing a charge. During last hearing, the judge showed to my advocate a recent order of the HC holding that revision or 482 cannot be resorted to against 'an interlocutory order'. The judge asked the advocate to read and inform the court if he would still press the petition. I want to withdraw the petition but not through my advocate. can I file a withdrawal application in person? Pl advise.

CBDT WANTS JAIL TERM FOR TAX EVADERS
Tax evasion could land you behind bars if the country’s direct taxes authority has its way. The central board of direct taxes wants to prosecute tax evaders under the tough anti-terror financing law, even as it looks to adopt a more friendly approach
LAWMAN'S VIEWS:
How about our citizens who conceal their income to gain statutory privileges?

Now in case we need to revise the existing MRP [by increasing ] which is already declared on the package.
What is the procedure for declaraing the increased price on the package under the said Act & Rules. Thanks

Dear Sir,
My wife had a major fight with one of our neighour last week (both were ladies) and unfortunately I got drug into this fight. Since we are new in this area and most of the residents are being staying here for 30 years. The neighbour along with majoirty of the society members have filled a compliant with society against me (not my wife) saying "I have been fighting and harrasing them for 2 years and tried to beat them up. They are ladies alone at home and are afraid that I would kill them".
I am completely stattered and my image has completely been blown out. I dont know what to do. I would like to know :
1) What are the legal options I have to take against them ( I am alone against 10 society members)
2) How can this have impact in future on me
3) Would it better to move out of this locality or to continue
My intention is not to fight with anyone but would like to know how can I safeguard myself in future against this compliant.

Good afternoon
our orgnaisation has outsourced the conservancy servicces to regisered lienced contractor for the financical of 2010-2011 as he has quoted the lowest bid accordingly the mangement and contractor enter into an agreement, whereas the contractor unable to pay the minimum wages and also not ready to execute the contract . by seeing this situation, noe the orgnaisation has proposed to re tender the conserveacy services to liecensed contractor. for this we are in need of provisions and rule position on the subject and the law governing the retendering procedure. pl educate us on the procedure to be followed while doing so.
thanking you all respected EXperts.
