Dear Sir(s),
There is a company for which a direction is issued for certain restrictions on Company by Whole Time Member, SEBI, u/s 11B of the SEBI Act till further order for which a personal hearing has been organised.this direction is issued before 4 months.but till now no ay further order is given by SEBI.I heard that after 120 days the effect of such type of direction ended automatically. whether it is true? if yes than what are provisions of law for the same. can any one give own precious advice.
I will be more obliged.

I have purchased a smallest shop (155 sq ft built up) in a co-op hsg society. Maximum area of shop is 290 sq ft. Society charging common service charges equally irrespective of area of flats & shop. Maintenace charge for flats is Rs.1/-per sq feet, bigger shop it is Rs.2/- per sq feet, whereas for my shop it is Rs.4/- per sq feet. Please note that we are not using any facilities i.e., gardening, security, separate water connection for each shop. Kindly guide me.

I am pained and angiushed to know that FIR has been lodged against an MP from Kerela while he said he was in the know of a Judge being Bribed .
Mr Moily Lambasted the MP saying with such allegations people will loose faith in the Judiciary
Is it not strange :-
(i) One side Our Democracy boasts of declaring , NO ONE IS ABOVE CONSTITUTION. LAW is Supereme .
(ii) SUPPOSE WHAT IF THE MP IS SAYING IS TRUTH . THEN WHAT ? SHOULD NOT THE TRUTH PREVAIL.
(iii) Should he not be called to register a statement before a Magistrate , and if does not do so , proceed with an FIR against him.
TRANSPERENCY IS THE HALLMARK OF DEMOCRACY.
What should the MP do now .
Has the Police called him further for questioning. If NOT , then WHY NOT?
Suppose he was telling a lie , if the Judge does not act against him for maligning his Name then what will happen to FIR.
If the Police has registed a FIR suo muto then on what grounds (is it of maligning a Pillar of Democracy).
There is no case made out in the eyes of Police if Arundhati Roy says J&K was never ( in hearts of the people) a Part of India. This is not considered Anti National.
Suppose tommorrow I go to America and drive my Car on Left Hand Drive and argue that as I am an Indian I must drive left hand and may be pardoned. The same case if an american comes here and drives Right Hand then what.
There are certain Norms , Laws which are made to be followed. You will be booked IF YOU DRIVE RIGHT HAND SIDE IN INDIA AND BOOKED IN US IF DRIVE LEFT HAND IN US.
Different Norms for Different people. Former Chief Justice says do not make my IT returns public under RTI . Can any person on street say it.
It is heartening to note that our Media is doing a remarkable job to unearth Scams.

Thank you very much for your reply. Is there any possibility for me to adopt the child legally? Or legal adoption is possible only in the case of orphans? Also in your reply you have mentioned "she can become Hindu but she cannot adopt your religion" I have not understood it clearly. Is the second 'she' stands for the child?

Credit card
I got the mail from Shaha Finlease Pvt Ltd. as under,
" This is in reference to outstanding dues under Credit Card no xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx issued by Standard Chartered Bank. Vide deed of assignment dated 9th Feb, 2010, Standard Chartered Bank has sold, transferred and assigned all its right, title and interest in all the amounts due and payable by you under the above Loan No in favour of Shaha Finlease Pvt Ltd. An intimation letter / notice to this effect has been sent by Standard Chartered Bank to your address appearing on the records of Standard Chartered Bank.
We find that the amount outstanding under the above Credit Card is Rs- 226245.01/-
You are requested to pay the same at the earliest to Shaha Finlease Pvt Ltd."
on 11/02/2010 i received mail from SCB as under
"This is with reference to the above mentioned card accounts,
Please note that we have not received any payment towards your credit card since 05/04/06
We wish to inform you that the total outstanding on the said cards as on date is INR 199,410.44
The above payment is currently over due you are requested to make an immediate payment.
Please note that your payment should reach us before 20/02/10
to avoid any legal action.
Failure to do the same will be considered an intentional default."
I have following question,
Do i need to pay the due as before that there is no message to me what SCB from 2006 & suddenly what awake & awake such a big amount.
I heard that the credit card payment old than 3 years are cleared by RBI under bad dept.
IN 2009 i have applied for loan but it is rejected on the basis of cibil report. then i wrote to all bank to give me any pending detals giving my all details. I haven't got any details any bank that time
After some time Cibil report made avalible to individual person so i collected the same. As per report that there was pending amount for credit card of three banks like HSBC, HDFC & SBI i cleared all the due & have no outstanding letter from them. But SCB not there but in FEB 2010 i got the mail as given above but i thought it is some spam mail but now again i got the mail from Shaha Finlease Pvt Ltd.
Please guide me what should i do.
