Please clarify what is the procedure to reconvene and adjourned SGM of a Public Trust. The SGM adjourned in want of a reply to some quiries.
Only the members attended for the adjourned meeting are allowed to attend the reconvened meeting? Or should the Trustees call up all the members of the organisation?
This meeting was adjourned for another day, but to reconvene within 2 months time.
I am looking for a reply from experts about this sine die adjourned SGM....

hon sir, i want to give indemmnity bond to pvt institution on Rs 200/- stamp paper. can i make estamping for that or if i purchased stamp paper (bond)can i write back side of stamp paper.

I have made divorce to my wife. Now I need to pay the mata'a to her together with the idda expenses. Wife have the similar finacial status. Please guide me for the following.
1)How can I calculate the mata'a (Muslim- Sunni - Hanafi school)?
2)Is their any previous judgment or law in this regard?
3)Is the Husbands earning will consider for the mata'a calculaton? My monthly income is Rs. 10000.

Can anyone give me any recent judgement of any HC or SC which says that the claim amount as awarded by the tribunals are to be / not to be deducted of TDS by the insurance cos. mainly in the case of compensation amounts awarded in Accident cases.
