I'm a Forward Caste man married a Most Backward caste women. Shall i get a MBC community certificate for my child? Whether it is legaly acceptable? Shall i use it for her studies quota?

in the month of february'2011 a tata sumo fell into a Gorge an seven passenger died on the spot. now i wanted to know from the experts was that:
1. what documents i need to attached with the application petition to get compensation under sec 140 under motor vehicle act.
2. do it need to file through proper format petition
3. do it comes under limitation to file for compentation.
please suggest

my father died in an road accident in the year 2005.so we got compensation via court
my sister is minor only 13years old,so her amount is deposited in the bank via court
but in lowest interest rate the amount five lakhs is deposited(7.5%)in the bank.but in nowadays the rate of interst in bank is 9.50%.
my question is
1.whether we have the rights to change the bank who gives high rate of interest?what is the procedure for changing?how many days it takes place?
2.she is minor and also the amount is deposited in the bank via court.so whether she needs PANCARD and 15Gform for taxdeduction?
3.whether we directly produce the PANcard in the bank or we want to produce the pancard in the court?

is overdraft facility unavailed by company ,to be taken as a current asset or a current liability while estimating working capital requirement..

Respected Experts,
One of my Neigbours died in bike accedent.
He hitted his bike in the back side of the standing lorry. He got head injury & died on the way to hospital. F.I.R stating that
The lorry driver stopped the lorry at zero point & checking the tyres air pressure.Suddenly a bike hitted the lorry's backside. The motorcyclist got head injury & died .
Now the Question is The Victim's (Motor cyclist) family members can any claim compensation? If Yes under which section they can seek remedy ?

what action to be taken ?

Tobacco Gutkha plastic packing to ban , this matter is pending for judgment in SC .What is the final date of judgment? Not only gutkha plastic packing but gutkha itself product should be totally banned all over India for the sake of good health of teenagers & general public.Everybody knows but why it is not banned? Do not understand. NGO and social service organization should take up this matter seriously legally for this good and holy cause to save next generations from serious health problems like cancer and health disorder due to gutkha. Inspite strong & rich gutkha lobby , as they by all means resist Ban on Gutkha. I believe and have faith that some organization will take up matter to banned gutkha. When Govt. talk of prevention of child labour / health / environment and spending millions of rupees on this but why no body from Govt. think to ban Gutkha as it totally pollute humanbody. Hard liquor usually taken during night or in hotels. While here Gutkha chewing by public from morning to night untill they go to bed. This is really very serious issue and all NGO / News Paper / Public Persons / Lawers should take up this matter to ban Gutkha. At present Gutkha not available and Rs.5/-pouch sold at Rs.20/- or Rs.25/- Panvala says that still public purchase paying such fantastic price. Means public is so addicted to Gutkha it seems like opium habit. Such public will not have enough money for family two times meal but still they will pay for black marketing price of Gutkha. This proves that how Gutkha has made people so addicted? Seems entire system is damaged no one can make any improvement.

Dear Friends,
If Board meeting for allotment of shares is held in USA and the share certificates are issued later within 3months of allotment in India. How shall the stamp duty be determined in such a case, whether it will be based on Regd office of the company, or place of issue of shares certificate or place of issue of shares.
Please clarify.

Cheque Bounce
2 cheques of 10,000 issued by Consultancy Omam Services Sakinaka Branch Mr.Navin Uchil as a compensation as he had wasted my 6months promising for Job & had also taken enrolement fees which i took back. Out of the 2 cheques one got cleared but the other got bounced in the month of March since then i had given him time to give me the money but he kept delaying. Hence i represented the cheque again which has bounced on 16th May2011. Now can file a Case of Cheque Bounce as per Section 138 against him. Kindly guide me in this matter with details as soon as possible.
