Please let me know what can be done if the Police refuses to lodge a complaint. What can be done?

X,Y,Z, gave GPA in the favour of "L"
in 1997 and gave the rights for executing the sale deed in the favour of any one .
but "L" have'nt sold this property to any one to till date .
in 2000 y had died to to left his wife and two children.
Rite know "L" wants to execute the sale deed in the favour of "M"
My questen is that
1. sale deed is vaild or not because one of the attorney doner had died before executing the sale deed in his life time.
"Y" died in 2000 and sale deed execute in 2011.
2. if in three of one had died then GPA is voidable against otther to parteners X nd Z .
3.or other two partners has right to sell his share through GPA . there is no effect that one partner had died or not.

My parents have a fixed deposit with a Bank.The bank employee without the consent of my parents broke the FD and bought an Insurance policy in my Fathers name by forging his signatures. We complained to the bank as wel as the Banking ombudsman a month back. But till date I have not heard from them. We have the FD receipt with us. Please suggest what should be my next step.

my father worked in tamilnadu government he died in the year 2005 due to road accident while he was in service.he died at the age 45years he had more than 13years of service.
my mother getting family pension.
my question is,
how did enhanced family pension will calculateed?
it is for seven years or upto his retirement

Am working and staying in Gurgaon from April 2010 in a PG. I don't have any rent agreement to show as a address proof for reissue of my passport. I applied for reissue of passport with with this year lease agreement but they are not accepting that and still my application is pending.
Can I reissue passport at my permanent address in Patna(having address proof) where my parents are staying, if so then which column I need to give the permanent address and also do I need to give Gurgaon address in the current residential address.
Please clarify on this as I need to resolve this ASAP.

Sir i was enroled in indian air force as a airmen on 12 jan 2004. The working cultre of the organisation never suit me. Since it is very diffcult to get discharge from defence services i made myself awol for 156 days on year 2010.after 156 days i was apprehended by indian air force police on 22 oct 2010. They brought me back to my unit. i.e. 16 wg hasimara (W.B.). During my charge trail by my co i admitted i am awol for 156 days. and do not want to continue in service. He ordred a summary of evidence (SOE). and after that i am tried by district court martail. In front of court i pleaded my gulity by saying that i do not wish to continue in service because after 7years(approx) i felt that it is hard for me to adjust in defence forces. After hearing the court gave the sentence as (1) to suffer regirous imprisonment in air force custody. And (2) to be dismised from service.
After three months i got what i want i.e. Discharge from service. I was only charged with single line " overstaying of leave granted to him by 156 days till apprehended by iaf police" (not any other type of misconduct)
Its ok i have no complain aginst indin air force. But i want to know does THIS DISHONRABLE DISHARGE CREAT PROBLEM FOR ME TO JOIN ANY OTHER GOVT. JOB?
I think it is not good to keep anyone forcefully if he does not want to serve. In my case the term "dismised from service "is sutible. Or it should be released from service. As i already in detention for 3 months in air force coustdy. Plz help me.

I am a student and i dont have birth certificate nor i have been registerd in any hospital as born at home so i have no proof i was born in solapur maharashtra .So can some one please tell me can i get the certificate as I need it for passport
