I had purchased a maruti car from district A thereafter a problem occured in the engine but dealer extracted a sum of Rs. 85000/- as repair charge inspite that car was under warranty period, i filed complaint at Distt. B where Maruti have a sub dealer , now OP/Dealer has filed a Misc application seeking dismissal of my complaint on the ground of territorial jurisdiction ,kindly provide me any citation in which it was held that where OP have a sub dealer and carrying their business through sub dealer there is ample territorial jurisdiction.Thank

kidly let me know how can i find the full text judgement of ut chandigarh consumer redressal forum titled "Bhupinder Mehta v Parsvanth developers"regarding non possession of flat in which above form ordered to builder to refund the money deposited by the claimant along with interest and copesation.This order was passed during 11/2010.

Can an ex-employee of the company (company already wind up) file a case against ex Managing Director due to:
(1) On the cheque signed by employee Managing Director has issued instruction to bank for ‘Stop Payment’
(2) Ex employee is defending case out of its own pocket since last 15 years.
(3) During the continuation of company managing Director refused to reimburse expenditure to ex-employee, since he has left the company.
(4) Managing Director has minted the money from the company & close the company through winding up.
Cheque amount is a Hughes amount. Ex –employee has spent lacs of rupees to defend him self. Kindly advice what remedy is available to ex –employee to recover money spent on litigation & harassment from Ex managing Director.

how is distribution of property is effected under mohammedan law?there are 15 rooms to be distributed among 5 members,2 male and 3 female.an immediate reply will be highly appreciated.

I am one of the Committee Members of Flat Owner Welfare Association for an Apartment in Trichy. For the last six years, our apartment was maintained by the Flat Promoter. At the time of booking the flats, he has collected maintenance deposit of Rs.30000/- to Rs.45000/- depending upon the number of rooms in each flat.
As per the instructions of the Promoter, we have formed Flat Owner Welfare Association. When handing over to the Association, the Promoter instead of handing over the maintenance deposit to the Welfare Association, he has handed over the deposit to individual owners.
Out of 178 flats, with great difficulty, we have collected the maintenance deposits from 171 flat owners. But seven flat owners are refusing to hand over the maintenance deposit to the association, even after our repeated requests.
Kindly clarify what is the action we can take to collect the amount from that seven flat owners.

Hi, my friends father's name was miss spelled by nagpur passport office. There were no any flaws from his end. He has done with all formalities & submitted all required documents even though his father's name was miss spelled.
He tried to reach out to the passport office via help line which was given on the website bet no one was responding & taking the calls.
I was also one of the victim of this nagpur passport office & want to take this matter to fore.
I want to know under which head he can logged a complaint.
1. right to information office.
2. consumer forum.
3. Enforcement office.
Can he lodge his complaint under all 3 heads if not then please specify the reason. Please assist on this ASAP.

contributory provident fund rules 1962
Whether the subscribers are entitled to the share of profit on the investments made from out of the CPF by the employer under CPF Rules 1962? Since this profit is part of CPF, the employer should not have any right over this amount of profit because CPF is for the welfare of the subscribers. Please advise.
