As per gratuiy act last wages drawn is considered for calculatin gratuity. My Salary Brakup is Basic, HRA, SPL Allowance, Conveyance. For calculating do i need to add Basic+ Spl Allowance then multiply by 15 and divide by 26 and then multiply by number of years to get gratuity amount?

A. a Hindu died leaving behind two sons.He had executed a will of his whole moveable and immoveable property to other person who was not his son.Mutation of his property was attested in favour of the legatee. both the sons of deceased and legatee applied for legal Heir certificate to revenue officer . Who will be legal heir of the deceased And What is the legal position and iterpretation of this case please cite relevant law

hi all, plesae help me reagarding this matter, 6 year ago i take a property from a person who has not able to pay his emi( bank loan installment) against his property , so take a property from him by doing a agreement that all the property rights he has given to me and in future all emi paid by me and after complete emi we make registerey to my name,we are make a normal agreement in 50 rs stamp paper in 2005, till a time everything was going a right path, but for precaution in future tell me what can i made further steps so that i completely safe, can i take a power of attorney on my name against property so that in future i can make a transfere property in my name with the help of POA????ALL THE BANK LOAN EMI PAID BY ME , ELECTRICITY IS IN MY NAME, RATION CARD IS IN MY NAME . IN VOTING CARD ALREADY IN MY NAME, EVERYTHING IS IN MY NAME ON THAT PLACE EXCEPT REGISTEREY BECAUSE OF IT IS MORGAGE ON BANK THATS WHU UT CANT BE TRANSFERE MY NAME, SUGGEST ME WHAT CAN I TAKE FURTHER STEPS??

how can one appeal for RTI act if no reply is being recieved even after 30 days? what is the process for doing appeal? i have lodged application to bsnl U/S 6 of RTI act,2005 along with a postal order of Rs.10 on 24th may 2011 but still they are just trying to avoid for any reply in writing.
how can i go for appeal or what step should be taken now?

But the Law Commission Of India Passed A report saying to lower down the age for marriage at 18 for both guys and girls
What was the response from Parliament??

The BPT Act 1950 does not define a de facto or de jure trustee. But in the pleadings/judgements/orders under the Act, their are found references to these terms. What exactly are the powers and liabilities of the de facto trustees? what is the real difference between de facto and de jure trustee? Is such distinction recogised by the Act itself?

Pls note I have purchased the sony tv in November 2005. But within two years the colors of the picture got faded.
I was not able to use the said product in regular working condition from last 4 years , rather I have paid a huge amount in repair and transportation….
Below is the details of the set repaired by sony india at regular interval of time as follows
1st Job NRI 43407 dated 30-dec 2007 charged 5312/- for replacement of color card
2nd Cash receipt 1403 dated 5-april 2009 charged 4450/- for replacement of same color card
3rd DRG 13609 dated 25-/june 2009 repaired the color card ( no charge/bill given to me )
4th Again in june 2011 the same problem occurred , I made complain on may 2011 for the same , but they refused to repair /replace due to unavailability of part( color card).
Rather they are convincing me to purchase a new tv with 20% discount
I also mentioned and intimated in my mail to sony india on july 2009 that “may be the said card is not compatible to run with model.da34m80.
so I request to investigate and replace the product as I was sure the replacement for the part again will not solve the problem”.
I would request if you can advise if I have rights to file a case to replace the defaulted set with new one.
