I believe in law and lawyers but unfortunately my lawyer is talking negatively
in this situation i don`t want to change the lawyer, but please suggest me
can i put my argument personally on behalf of my sister ?, who is the petitioner in the district consumer forum against the doctor.I want to tell the facts which are hided by the opposite party. otherwise can my sister directly submit a written facts to the forum president. Please suggest me according to law is it possible or not.

Wheter Assistant Chariti Commissioner Can appoint trustee if trustty is not appointed within 90 days from death of trustee, and chenge report is rejected on the reason of not appointed within time.if yes then with according to which provision.

doctor taken decision for the replacement of knee at the age of 26 yrs to my sisterG. bangaram Police canistable. met with accident and admitted in the seven hills hospital vskp. with head injury,intestines injury and right leg injury.orhopedic doctor suggested to knee replacement and operation failed. Again in hyderabad second doctor conducted resurgery and given discharge summary as a failed operation and failed manipulation, failed total knee replacement and suffered with foot drop ,severe neuralgia. My sister became permanent disable. In 2002 i approached district consumer forum but wrong judgement given and i approached state forum. State forum directed the case again to district forum. Now trial is going on. Expert commission was completed. Doctor cross examination over. In the year 2006 the doctor has submitted some local doctors support copies. any how they are trying to manage again. Supported doctors cross examination is going on. We are very poor and noway to live. kindly Provide any supportive judgments to strenthen the case. Please.Is there any chance to me to put my arguments personally on behalf of my sister in the district honorable forum. please suggest me in this aspect because my lawyer is unable to present actually what happened.

Can anyone have complete knowledge on the issue, kindly enlighten as to the manner and method for obtaining an Indian Passport by a Mentally Challenged Adult who is illiterate. Whether his Parents can make the application after affixing his Thumb Impression on the Passport Application or any other way. Further, what are the documents required, any kind of Affidavits to be Sworn in by the Parents,etc., in details. No guidelines are available from the Websites of Ministry of the Government of India and also from Psssport Offices. Therefore, this request for urgent help please. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

A PETITION WAS FILED UNDER SECTION 5 LIMITATION ACT WITH 10 DAYS LESS TO THE ACTUAL DAYS TO BE CONDONED BY HONBLE COURT
COUNTER ALSO FILED BY THE OPPOSITE PARTY AND THE SAME WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE TO THE PETITIONER. HOW THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED IN THE MAIN PETITION AS PER C.P.C OR ANY OTHER WAY PLS SUGGEST ME

ihad applied for Railway recruitment board for the post of subinspector on 15.06.11,via normalpost in a proper manner,but my application with my certificate didnt reach to the railwayrecryitment board,my application is returned back by the postman after 2months stated that your application is not send because you have not pasted correctly,what shall i do sir the expiry dated is over shall i move to consumer court?

i had applied for RAILWAYRECRUITMENT BOARD on 17.5.2011 in post. my application didnt send to the recruitment,now myapplication is returned to me by the postoffice,simply they saying you have not put proper cover so the application is returned back,my application didnot reach to the proper destiation,what i have to do sir,plz give me proper direction shall i move to consumer court plz give me proper direction.via

6 weeks before cyber crime team raided at my home. They seized my laptop and hard-disks. But neither they provided any complain/FIR copy, nor provided any document regarding seized items. Even I was not aware with the process at that time. Now I am trying to get complain/FIR copy from IO of raided team, but he is not providing it.
Please suggest what should I do next.

Query regarding cooperative housing society
Hello Sir,
I am a resident of a co-operative housing society and i pay all my dues ontiem and always up to date. There are many people in my scoiety who are defaulters and have 8000- 40000Rs pending to society in terms of taxes and maintenance charges.And when there is general body meeting these people attend meeting and make all decisions and cast their votes and give complaints and does all their maintenance work from society.
I just want to know do these people have any right to attend the society meetings and make decisions or cast their votes or compalin about any problems when their are themselves defaulters. Is there any housing society law according to which they are prevented from these things. And can in residential building people can start school tutions as i have heard commerical tutions one cannot continue in residential society?
