1.) Can a resident of a society start School tutions at home in resendtial building ?? It causes nuisance too other residents.
2.) Is this allowed as i have heard tutions can be taken only in commercial place.
3.) And if its not so then what are the actions that a society can take on such people.

Can a charitable society start it's own diagnostic lab and get profits from such labs by lab tie-up or getting samples from outside?

My sister has been appointed by GOI on contract service of 3 years, to be renewed after every year. the dispute settlement is to be resolved by Arbitration. After 8 months of the contract, due to some illegal commission demands of controlling officer, my sister had a dispute with the officials and after that period , her salary has not been released.
I want to know, whether she can appoint a sole arbitrator on her own or do she need to go the court for appointment of arbitrator.

1. Appear in High Court and all subordinate Court.
2. Be a partner in any firm or open his individual office.

Hi all,
Me and my brother met with a car accident yesterday. We bumped into a car from behind who suddenly breaked in the middle of an highway. There was a little dent to the car ahead and he filed an FIR against us since he wanted to claim the money from insurance company.
But the police have given us IPC 209 notice and are telling us to attend the courts and threatening of imprisonment for a very small accident. Is this correct?
Also accidentally we had applied to renew our car insurance and when police asked for it we did not have our car insurance.
Please let us know what needs to be done..we have all other documents in place. I personally do not think it was such a big matter and there was no intent of harming. Please advice.

Credit card fraud
Hi,
My ex-husband has used Credit card of my name and has not paid any amount. Now the card is in defaulters. I have proofs of him saying that he will pay all dues in sms. But he has not done and when now i asked him to do the needful and he denies. Bank is chasing me for payment. He had done all transactions on petrol which i believe bank will e having. Pls could you advice me if there is any law which will help me to get this clear from him. PLS HELP.
