I would like to share this obscure order titled, "The Foreigners (Report To Police) Order, 2001 which supersedes The Foreigners (Report To Police) Order, 1971 as sometimes even police are unaware of the 2001 order and have charged people under the 1971 order that was repealed. If anyone has such an experience, please share.

Is it amount to negligence on the part of Electricity board ?
Is it punishable under Section 304A IPC ?

A Union leader (Govt. employee) proceeded for criticizing Govt. policies and progra mmes by giving statements to various newspapers. Xerox copies of newspaper clippings attached. My query is whether the newspaper clippings are sufficient or any other evidence is required corroborate the charges before the Inquiry Officer. Interestingly, no such written statements have been issued by the charged officer.
