my parents got inter religious marriage.they both did not change their their birth religions after marriage too.my father was muslim(bybirth religion) till he died.my mother is hindu(padmashaali cast)till now.in my educational certificates my religion is muslim(my father's religion).now i want to change my religion from muslim to hindu(padmashaali cast-my mother's cast).is change of religion and cast possible for me?if i changed my religion and cast to my mother's cast religion the reservation for hindu(pamashaali cast,bc-b) comes to me or not?please send me reply.

my parents got inter religious marriage in the year 1975.my father was a muslim,mother is hindu religion.after getting married they both have not changed their own religions.i born in the year 1981.in my eductional cetificates my religion is muslim( patrilineality-father's surname and religion).my father died in the year 1989.now i want to change my religion.i was told that i can convert my mother's religion and cast(matrilineality-mother's surname surname and cast,religion.).is convertion of patrilineality to matrilineality possible for me?please send me details.

Would you please guide me in the following matter..
A case was registered in the PS against my son U/S 366 Crpc actually the case was of elopement. the statement of the girl u/s 164 vindicate the case of elopement. now Charge cheat is given by IO as if my son did the offense US 366 CrPC stating many peoples name in the Charge cheat as witness against my son but the IO never ever asked a single question to us including my son in the name of Investigation so is not it partial investigation if so what action we can take against the earring IO and what precaution is to take against the false witness.. Please suggest.

I am a Lawyer by profession
I appeared for my client at additional district judge for appeal due to unsatisfied from the order of the civil judge (C.D.) with delay condone application of 29 days the additional dist. judge issue the notice to hear for delay condone application but the notice was not received by the respondant party so i make an affidavit for service and went to giv it to the judge. Th judge did not come on dias till 4:35 P.M. so I enter in Judge's Chamber with the permission of the clerk and peon.
Judge informed me that the affidavit will be received on dias.
The dispute started when the judge denied to receive the affadivt on dias due to point of discipline reason of I wore only the neck tie and black & white dress but not the coat. so i request her that I came from the other city on the bike and it was raining and at that time the coat became wet so i could not be here with coat so please receive the affidavit and make any suitable order after ex-parte hearing.
But the judge stay on the decision with rude and insult to me about my proffession
so where I should go to complaing and which type of complaint i should draft according to which law?
can anybody provide draft of such complain?

1. This is a case in which one is subjected to continuous abuse and use of grossly offensive language by some one who is known to the victim and the email id of the Accused was known to the victim and the usage of abusive and insulting phrases were used over a four months period during business communication between the two.
2. Since victim is mentally harassed, he wants to bring legal action against the Accused under section 66A of the IT Act.
3. How should victim go about it and can prove to the Court that such emails were sent by the Accused only. And how can victim, or the Complainant negate the claims of the Accused who is saying that some one else has used his Email ID and abused the victim and not he?
4. How Complainant can take help from Cyber Crime branch of Police?
5. Answer in as much detail as you can.
