Dear Sir,
I am belonging to HINDU-Kurumans which is comes under "ST" but after completed my 12 i applied for the community certificate but they refused to give and i had no time to further proceed as i have to go for Engg-Councelling so i got my certificate as "OBC" caste as HINDU-Kurumba and in my Transfer certificate from 1 std to BE it is mentioned as "ST".
My father is working in central govt from 1983 and he said that don't have the certificate and said that mentioned in central govt service book and my father transfer certificate mentioned as "ST" and all my relations are getting the "ST" certificate.1.can i get using my relations certificate & i have land patta of 1970,1985 where it was mentioned my community as "Kurumans" using that can i get? and any problem to my father job & his pensions as my father age is now 58.
And so many cases are going in court to include kurumba,kuruman,kurubas in "ST" list..But only 'KURUMANS' in st list.

Is it possible and practically work out if a General Manager (Head of the operations but, just an employee) of the company file a case against the Foreign Director (Investor from USA) of the company(it is a foreign director's company in SEZ) if the Director stops funding for the company's working capital, not paying the salaries of workers and staff including the GM for 4 months and not visiting the company for 3 months and not meeting the vendors for payment of their HUGE dues, not replying to their emails and not telling anybody whether he will pay or not, whether he will run the company or not.
The company is under shut down status since August 1st 2011, due to non-availability of funds and inability to pay for electricity bill also.
Since the Investor cum Director has left the company just like that to its fate and natural death and staying in his own country USA, please advise whether the GM alone or all employees together can file a case against the Director of the company who is an American national and now living in USA and not coming to India. The Director's confidence is that Indian law cannot reach him in USA and punish him, is it true? Please thorough study and advice.

WE had taken a term loan and C.C.limit from nationalised bank with personal guarantee and a house of a third party as collateral, Few months back the owner of the house(the third party} died, now the property is also not transferred to legal heirs neither i have informed the bank on the subject. Now due some circumstances My account is become N.P.A.
How can i save the house from bank in recovery process, please advice if any chances available as the person is dead. The loan is taken on the name of pvt ltd company in which iam a director but the person dead had no stake or position in the company.

Hi, One of my friend is working in an MNC and is presently serving the notice period of 1 month. As per his company policy the quarterly bonus is paid in the 2nd month's salary after the quarter is completed. For example considering July, August & September as a quarter, the bonus of these 3 months would be paid in the month of November. But as he has resigned from the company and currently serving the notice period, will he be able to claim for the bonus if the company does not pay it?

In case of young deaths where the doctor has advised a post mortem to be done, but is not done by the family of the deceased, does the insurance company have a right to reject the claim on grounds of "cause of death uncertain"?

i had desired of getting valuable suggestion covering varied possible angles from different professionals, but found that most of them prefer making comments - i agree, i fully agree, already replied, replied by my learned friend and more surprisingly making allegation that trying to exploit commercially.
can you explain what this platform is meant for?
if you are hell bent on not giving right advice without payment, please stop misguiding or pls. stop pretending to be the messiah of the oppressed.
and do not humiliate the ignorant on some pretext or the other.
under stress and not being fully aware of the platform format, i made repeated queries accidentally, which i acknowledged thru pm and humbly apologized to learned sirs who felt disturbed.
but in reply, what followed proved that there are several ego-maniacs on board who feel better by making fun of the distressed.
please make room for professionals who genuinely want to do good to the society.

sir i have appeared in Combined Graduate level Tier -II,while taking exam at my vanue 100 in nos question papers were short hence our exam commenced 1and half hour late while all other students of the same vanue given their exam at correct time for the entire period we were in dilemma that our exam will be taken or not. when the paper came we gave the exam but, in the panic situation i forgot to code the correct test form no in OMR sheet due to which my OMR sheet was not evaluated. it is not the denial of right to equal opportunity that all the student of the same venue is started giving their exam but we 100 candidates not allotted papers. I have raised the problem to SSC several times but no body is listening, so can i put RTI that why the ssc is not evaluating my OMR sheet with correct TEST form code now to give me equal opportunity. as the panic situation created by them under which i had under-performed and forgot to code the test form number.
