I was handling one strange case, where one fraud, forgery, economic offence in Govt office took place.
Documents and related matter were kept hidden with remark "Confidential" for long time
Word "Confidential" was used so fraud is not known to the public .
Now question which arose in my mind, The word "Confidential" in Maharashtra Govt where is located legally. And rules and law related to it.
Whether it comes under the central act that is Official Secrecy Act
Even if you are /were in Govt service you can give some input as much as possible

Hello Lawyer's Club.
Today when I was passing by a locality which has huge muslim population, I was struck by a sight which I saw. I saw a huge mass of flesh hanging in the slaughter house. I suspect it was beef. As per my knowledge, according to recent law beef is totally banned in Maharashtra state. Please advise what can be done in this case.

The Supreme Court dismissed an appeal on 23rd Feb 2018 filed by the Society of India Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) against a Madhya Pradesh High Court's order passed on 2008.Supreme Court has ruled that only motorcycles which have some safety features for pillion riders like a saree guard, and hand grips
This order is only for State of MP but it is beneficial for all the other states so I want to file a writ on it at Allahabad Highcourt.
I'm unable to find this order on Supreme court portal, How can i get this order.......Please help me to find it

I applied for child care leaves for 2 months as my child is in 11th and completing 18 yrs in January 2019 and I still have 500 leaves in my account because I have not been granted CCL for the past many years as per my application. This time I was granted for 25 days only though I applied for 2 months and due to illness of my child and exams I was unable to join after 25 days and pleaded to continue my leaves as per my application. But instead the hod has started sending me the letters after letters that too by hands by sending 2-3 persons almost every 2nd or 3rd day citing unauthorised absence and disciplinary action. I am worried. what to do.

my mother & sister are mentally not stable as can be observed from their activities.where ever they go,they cannot stay as neighbours & in house people have to throw them out because they quarrel around.specially my sister who is suffering from severe obsessive complusive disorder due to her marraige not happening.Now every time they come ,they start quarreling with my wife & me .create nuisance which causes disturbance to neighbours.pl suggest what legal or police action can be taken to stop them from coming to my house.infact they can't infact stay at their flat at kolkata also because the other flat owners are fed up of their daily quarrels & nuisance.they infact had given information to police in this regard.pls suggest what to do.they are planning to come to my house permanantly at guwahati on 5th march.
