Sir I want to sell a land measuring 2400 sqft the land is located in Kutch Gujarat in one of the posh locality apnanagar. Is it right time to sale as iam not need of any urgency or wait till 2019 general elections and next budget in 2019. Because property prices are falling whether any increase is accepted in 2019

MSS BUILDERS constructed A venture in kurnool rural. After he did not handover venture panchayath or venture ASSOCIATION.he did not maintaining venture. He live it from June 2018. Maintaining means bore electricity Bill,street light Bill. ASSOCIATION what can do. Please give suggestion.

I got retirement on July 2017 and was working in superannuation till may 2018.Last Tamilnadu payrevision monitory came to. effect from Oct 2017 but payrevision took effect from Jan 2016. Should I be eligible for new payrevision or not during superannuation

I'm ex-serviceman from Indian Navy. Married from last 4 years. Im 35 years old and my wife is 32 year old age she is police constable. We don't have a baby. One of my cousin sister is having three girls. So we want to adopt their newly born girl child legally who is just one month old. So what's the legal procedure to do so. Husband of my cousin sister is in abroad . Is it possible that without his signature, we can legally do the procedure..he is also willing to give baby but he can't come to India for just signing the papers..

1) In a co-op hug Soc in Maharashtra when a member obtains a letter of administration from high court in 4 individuals favour, sharing 25% each and after transfer one of the 4 dies intestate, can the deceased persons wife claim the property as only legal heir.
2). After following procedure under byelaw no. 35 does the claimant become a Nominee or gets absolute ownwership.

i am currently working in Govt polytechnic college in the pay band 15600-39100- agp 5400, now with the basic 17500+5400 agp. total drawing salary around 60000..now i am selected for the new post in atrs college government with the same payband 15600-39100- agp 6000 with new gross around 45000.. is it ossible for me to protect my salary?

Respected Sirs, my engagement done on 11.07.2018 at bride's residence before engagement we had never met also I didn't present at engagement function only 18 nos members of my family attend the function. After engagement we talk each other by phone, unfortunately her attitude/ behave harass me, so I decided to cancel the marriage because I can't live happy life with her but now problem is that bride's uncle forcing me to marriage otherwise threatening man handling with me or file a case against me and bride also threatening to suicide. What I do please suggest me ?

Dear Sir ,
I had taken a personal loan from ICICI Bank in year 2001 and there were 36 installments to be paid. In between I got posted from Delhi to bangalore and the installments were paid in routine. Then I got transferred back to Delhi and in this process due to changes in my Bank account and my movement I am not sure that if all my installments were paid or not. I also shifted from the residence where I was staying .
I did not receive any letter or demand from the Bank for payment left if any.
Now after 17 years the Bank has marked a lien in my account which I opened with them and on asking they told me that 2 installments remained unpaid totalling to Rs 11000 and with penalty and interest they are now claiming Rs 49,000.
I would like to know that do I have a remedy against this action of Bank that without intimating me they have marked lien to my account and also is the debt not time barred as per Indian Law.
Can the Bank take advantage of marking lien after so many years. I do not have any record and Bank has not provided me any statement of accounts as to how they have arrived at such a huge amount.

from past Six years i am working in a religious institution under a non muster roll (NMR) with a minimum wages
which is not sufficient for my day today livelihood, and one of the important point there is no week off for the employees,
its comes under ap endowment act 1987.
like me many other peoples ( employees) working under NMR basis more than 10 years but still their services are not regularised
where the institution have sufficient funds to run the organisation as of now there is no any favourable things happened towards employees
please help us in this Regards
