Hi there,
Around 2013-2014 my dad lent a sum of money (in lakhs) for certain interest to his friend as for security my dad registered his land on my dad's name. Later his friend convinced us to register back his land for getting bank loan. He promised us to settled back the money on sanction of bank loan. So on trust we registered back the land to his name (I'm the witness of registration). Later he told us that his bank loan was sanctioned but he lost his pan so unable to derive the money. Still pan card issue continues because of Name change issue arise in Pan. Still he is having a good relationship with our family..! Now the is no security for the money lent. Is there any way to secure the money..?

In October 2017 gold jewellery worth Rs.20 lakhs was stolen and the same was caught within six hours. the jewellery was recovered through court by depositing security worth Rs.20 lakhs in the form of house title deeds. In the theft case the charge sheet is yet to be filed. Few days back received a phone call from police whether willing to compromise in Lok Adalat with the said accused. will there be any implications if the compromise is executed in Lok Adalat ?

dear experts
while on the day my father riding two wheeler my mother sitting behind the bike suddenly my mother getting feint she fall down on road due this she got head injury. We gone through near hospital through Ambulances after couples days treatment she died due to brain dead(my mother in medication for past 15 years daipetics and 3 yeras befor done the heart surgery)
Hospital hand over mother body to police legaly procedure post mortem the police filled FiR
After a week am getting FIR copy the police filled u/s279,338 aganist my father
the police and lawyer the washing me no issue for your father we will take care about FIR case and insuraces claim (there pushing go for claim)
what i have to do please guide me
my father Licences,insurances RC book all are ok

I had issued a cheque as commission for a work which was not initiatef by Agent and Smartly he has bounced the cheque and sent a notice for which I am not liable. There is no document signed between us. What can be done in this situation. Please advice

whether wrong entry in pass book can be claimed by the account holder even if he does not possess counter foil of challan? In one of the banks cashier had by mistake made double entry of amount received and the challan has got passed by oversight by the officer and by the time error could be found out, the customer has taken entry of the passbook and had left. Once the entry was found out the mistake was rectified by deleting such extra entry from the system. when the customer had returned next day, the matter was reported to him and the extra entry was erased by applying liquid fuild ink. and there was discrepancy in the total balance due to the entry deleted in the system, a fresh entry was made on the next page of the passbook and the extra entry deleted is not appearing on the fresh page and the balance is matching. Now the customer has returned and is claiming both the amounts and is falsely stating that the extra entry belonged to an earler date and it is erased by applying fluid ink (whitener). but there is no such entry in the system. Now the customer wants to recover the extra amount which he has not paid (for which there is no challan counter foil) by falsely stating he had deposited at an early date and wants to recover the amount from 1. cashier 2. Officer who passed both the entry 3. person who made the passbook entry what is the legal position of the three bank staff in this case

Hi ,
I have one query that if person has done LLB and registered at Allahabad court. Person gets married with Govt employee. Is it required to provide all wife's detail like salary slip where she works to President Bar council of Uttar Pradesh? Is it mandatory in bar council of Uttar Pradesh ? If yes then is there any form or link where we can get such information , is it mandate to provide etc. Please help in my case.
