Dear Members,
I seek ur help in initiating a consumer case in delhi, the opposite party (OP) is in Chennai and has only collected the goods from Delhi;OP being clearing and forwarding agent has no branch in Delhi.
Can i file case in delhi?
Please guide me!

sir, i worked in a pvt ltd company for 10 years and 2 months . Recently I resigned my job. The company was not provided pf and esi. 10 years experience any leaving compensation available. How much i benefit for gratuity. Please give me the reply. I asked for employer to provide gratuity for resignation. The company was not reply.

Dear sir, we are doing jobwork on glass, individule person came to us and gave us glass with picture,we took that glass and picture and than through sprey and colour we do jobwork as per party's picture or design and take charge for that job charges. so Let me know whether service tax applicable in this process or not? if u need any clarification let me know. A brother files for guardianship of another brother who is not a minor but is mentally retarded and he is granted guardianship which is challenged under a court of law
by a third brother who has been declared ex parte'who points out in court that guardianship has been granted under a false head and he should now be allowed to contest the guardianship.
Meanwhile the original guardian files for amendment under the Mental Health Act.
What should the court normally decide in this case whether to allow the third exparte brother to contest the case or not AND what action should the coourt take against the first brother who has already been granted the guardianship under a false representation of facts.The guardian gets the property share of the retarted brother also.
