Hello,
Here is the attachment of 24 HMA judgment.
Can I go for appeal in the High court against this judgment. as the amount fixed is very high.
Before that, Some briefs facts are:-
1. I don't file Income tax return as I don't have this much earnings
2. I have taken a salary certificate from the employer(shop owner) for Rs.4000/- per month to prove my earnings
3. the girl has not attached any document/annexures to support her statement from which she can prove that I am in business and earning in lakhs (as claimed by her).
4.She is B.sc graduate, which she has not disclosed in her application. Means she has not come in the court with clean hands. Whereas, I can prove that she is B.sc graduate as I a documentry prove.
5. Now she is doing LLB final year for which she has paid Rs 60,000 fee.
6. Before marriage she was a working lady and earning around 7,000/- pm. (for this she has given in written in Income Tax Department also). I know all this but that is off-records.
7. At the time of Bail proceedings, I have given FDR for Rs.3,00,000/- as per the directions of high Court. In that order also the High court has advised her not to encash the FDR so that she can have regular income as maintainance.
Now, as written in orders.
PARA-6, that the husband has arranged Rs. 3 lacs for bail...., but the truth is that amount is paid by my parents not me.(on records also).
PARA-6, How the judge can assess my salary. I am showing my salary certificate. The is not able to prove my earning.
Plz. help me on what points I need to go for High court.

what is the court fees i will have to pay to file a suit to cancel the "release deed" obtained from me fruadulently. i have paid Rs 25/- AS COURT FEE AS PER sec 24[d] of karnataka court fees @suits valuation act . I am not asking for pocession of the property,please let me know the actual court fees to be paid.

Sam co. and ABC co. together have
about 45% of the existing market share in operating systems in the Europe. Sam
co. developed X-Operations bundled with software applications in
Games and the ABC co. developed Y-Operations bundled with software
applications in Entertainment for use in the Personal Computers. In order to enhance
their market share, these companies entered into an agreement on 1.11.2008 to
exclusively share the ‘interoperable’ properties, so that the user of X-Operations
can transfer data to Y-Operations and vice versa.
The Antitrust Division of the Europe Department of Justice initiated civil proceedings on
10.12.2008 against the Sam co. and abc co.. for indulging in
anticompetition and monopolistic activities by bundling software applications in the
operating systems and then entering into an agreement for exclusive sharing of
interoperable properties.
The Sam co. and ABC co. decided to sell their products in India
through their partly owned subsidiaries TC ltd and DC ltd
respectively (as in both the subsidiaries 20 percent of the equity shares were held
by Indians). Advertisements appeared in the print and electronic media highlighting
the features of X-Operations and Y-Operations and their exclusive
“interoperable” compatibility.
Simultaneously, the Government of India received a report from its Embassy in Europe informing about the harmful effects of X-Operations and Y-Operations
on the Indian market. The existing market players in India also petitioned
the Government of India and submitted that these operating systems will have a
prejudicial effect on their market share. In view of this, the Government of India acted
quickly and promulgated an ordinance on 1.1.2009 which was replaced by
an Act of the Parliament viz. Prohibition of the Entry and Sales of X-Operations
and Y-Operations Act, 2009 banning the entry and sales including
licensing for a period of 2 years.
I just want to know….
1.Whether, the Parliament has competency to pass the Act of 2009?
2. whether, the above Act violates article 14,19 and 21 of constitution?

Trust to get support in future also.Mr. Thadhani as you advised to get involved with reputed corporate law firm in this concern would like tell you that i have tried a lot but the firm which have agreed to retain me have provided very negligible ctc as compared to the present. But i shall try a lot so long i get a better because i want better exposure. Can you refer any good reputed solicitor firm of Kolkata. Please, if you have.

sir, I have got a sale deed executed at Lucknow. The language contains certain grammatical error of kind that seller is a single person but the varios verbs have been used as if the seller is more than one person. How much this defect affects the title and whetehe any rectification is required in this case, if so kindly send me a draft

Friends as posted earlier, my private complaint has been held to be barred by limitation since my first complaint made about the offense to the CBI in 2005 did not see the light of the day. My last communication with CBI was until October 2008. This strengthened the accused officials and they are continuing with the offenses even todate. I have argued effectively that limitation does not apply to "continuing offenses" but the Court has failed to accept my stand. Please help with Judgements or citations before Friday which can help me convince the Judge that for Criminal Cases limitation is no bar for continuing offenses. Please help me because this case will unearth nearly Rs 70 crores of public money misappropriated by Central Government Scientists

i married to vibhawri on 6\7\2008.before that vibhawri married to milind on 1\1\2005.But milind expired on 17\11\2007.on 3\7\2008 vibhawri father took the rights(haq) from their ancestral property forcefully .will she get back her rights? can she file a case against her father?in which category it comes?

I was a member of an a.o.p and I had
retired from that a.o.p.in 2003.A public announcement had been made but the copy of announcement is not in my possession and it is with rhe remaning members who are not co operative.I have the copy of dissociation from that a.o.p.Now in a case I may have to produce
the public announcement.what should I do?
Can I File an affidavit in this regard.
